In answer to one of your questions, if you can't update the data for some time, when you next open the product you just need to click on update data and it will pull in all the missing data.


Piptrader,

The if you sign up for Simply Chart, you will not be able to use a username that is already used on MoneyAM - therefore you would not be able to use Piptrader. The login you subsequently chose for Simply Chart will be the one that allows you premier access on MoneyAM

Unfortunately not, Simply Chart is a seperate subscription. The 10 per month/110 per year is the cost of the package, the premier access is a free add on, and can not be offset against any other level of Sub.

I have a 2MB/sec connection why is it downloading at only 15K/sec

Does it do P&F? Dowload speed now down to 14K!!

Without looking at your machine I can't really say - I have a 2mb connection at home, and it downloaded much quicker than that for me a few days ago.

There really could be a number of factors between you and us and with what you have open on your machine which is causing this. I will however let James know just incase there are any issues.

Is it just me, or are the candlesticks charts not working?

SC - somehow I think they'll more than make up any shortfall in advertising revenues:-)

They seem to be working fine here - is it when you select candles on the chart (instead of say a line chart) or something else that is causing the problem? could you give us a little more detail about exactly what is happening for you?
