You really must get yourself some glasses. That lay on the roof is the figurehead off my yacht, I stuck it up there whilst I'm painting it.

Since the sun is over the yardarm it must be time to break out the ready use sherry trifle.

What shall I do, "her indoors" has gorn orf to the big smoke today and left me all alone? Oh well, I suppose I could start the day with a hearty breakfast and then perhaps find something interesting to do, perhaps I could have a nap. It's beginning to sound better already. I know, I'll get all my favourite videos out, the ones she doesn't like.

People here are smashing, really friendly; words gone around the Golf Estate
that I'm on my lonesome and dinner invites are coming in nicely preventing the need for preparation, cooking and cleaning up. Instead its out to some of my favourite restaurants and all for 'free', THUS proving there is such a thing as a free dinner, if not a lunch!

Tonight I'm at a neighbours for a big ruby murray, luvly jumbly!!

and the rest of us behaved beautifully! We had a great mass outing to the London Eye at about 7pm which was fantastic and then everybody retired to another bar ... at which point I retired in favour of a take-away and an early night!!!

Well i have just broken into the 'old place' for the first time since eviction day and have been able to read some posts, so thankyou for some of the kind words some of you posted at the time. I see some of you have even been in the Cafe only recently. :-)
