The engines have fired up at last for MDX. ( BPRG ) At long last they are being recognised for the force they will become over the next two years. On the cusp of disclosing huge revenue-earning deals with Global pharmacists. These have been hinted at as being unrolled before the years end, but may be in the next days. You still have time to get in at a bargain-basement price before the SP takes off for real shortly.

:o) Oddly enough, I met someone today who was in the same school, in fact was in my brother's class. First contact I have had with that era for 40 years!
To change the subject, a very pretty young Indian lady on Bloomberg TV has just invited everyone to come inside her Bloomberg terminal. Well, it depends on the spelling how you take that one! ;o)

Kimwhen you was at primary school did you ever witness kids picking on other kidsnot a pleasant thing to witnesscruel! You post quite a bit on this siteand whilst you are not mdxs biggest fan you will make a balanced statementthese people are being paid to trash out investmentsthey are cancersI have a number of friends that have an interest in some of these stocksand they cannot believe what is written.
I am not proud of writing some of the above but when people openly admit baiting holders of mdx it can test a saint!
Going to have a nice glass of wine and calm down.

Err , why do people become so emotional about a ruddy share, lets have some sensible discussions about the pro's and cons of the company not individuals.

PS Was a great company, or rather was a great one to trade but as an investment by anyone a disaster. Chart says it all

RNS posted for sensible discussion ;o)
For Immediate Release 02 October 2008
Meldex International plc
('Meldex International' or the 'Company')
Application for listing
London, UK, 02 October 2008, Meldex International (AIM: MDX) the specialty pharma and healthcare company, announces, that application has been made to AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange, for the admission to trading of 7,738,008 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (the 'New Ordinary Shares').
The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company. Of the 7,738,008 ordinary shares allotted: 1,322,822 New Ordinary Shares are being issued in relation to a placing for cash, the proceeds from which will be utilised to satisfy long term obligations of the Company incurred in connection with activities pertaining to Intellectual Property development; 3,570,543 New Ordinary Shares were allotted as vendor consideration to satisfy the Company's long term obligations in the purchase of pharmaceutical registration dossiers from ICE Healthcare Limited; 2,844,643 New Ordinary Shares were allotted as the third installment of vendor consideration for the acquisition of the Alfatil, Alphexine and Cephaclor pharmaceutical products (the 'Products') from Laboratoires Tonipharm and to satisfy other commercial obligations of the Company connected thereto. This issue of the third installment of shares to Laboratoires Tonipharm is as a result of sales of the Products reaching specific milestones which were set when the Company entered into the agreement for the acquisition of the Products in December 2007 (See RNS News Announcement dated 24 December 2008).
It should be noted that the Directors have authorised the allotment and issue of the New Ordinary Shares based on the authority given to them at the AGM held in 2007. This is because the obligations to issue the New Ordinary Shares arose prior to the AGM held in 2008, therefore the Directors are entitled to allot and issue these shares as if the authority to do so had not expired at the last AGM held in 2008.
Trading in the New Ordinary Shares on AIM is expected to commence on or around 07 October 2008.
The total number of share in issue following admission of the New Ordinary Shares is 232,541,089. There are no shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 232,541,089.

Kim et al
I'm always ready to engage in sensible discussion, unfortunately a certain poster seems more intent on childish insulting behaviour, which perahps childishly I have responded to in the same manner, but in my defence I don't really see why I should be subject to a continuous verbal attack for simply posting my researched opinion.
It was pointed out to me yesterday that there are probably a lot more readers (investors) of this thread than actually post and they would rather read informed opinion and facts than drivel.
I will therefore restrict myself to MDX :-)
The only comments I have to make re today's RNS is 3.4% dilution and clearly there will be more (fund raising plan). I expect the SP to drfit towards 10p.
I'm also intrigued as to why the massive debtors column in the results. If I was a holder I would certainly be asking for an explanation from the company.

Certainly an informed new investor would not be too happy to put money in at present. I know it can be painful for investors with faith in the company to look at it other than through rose-tinted glasses, it is not easy to step away with a loss. I have held shares since BRPG days but 'dumped' them when cracks started to appear. I feel MDX still does not have the right people in control, which is a shame because the potential is not insignificant. Will they be able to raise the capital needed?, whoever is considering the matter will be taking a very long hard look at the company and may well want changes made before investing. Who knows. I really do hope that they survive and I won't knock those who remain convinced that they will; we all need a bit of faith in something these days!
