If you own the shares via a nominee account it makes no difference to your entitlement to go to the AGM. ie you do not need an invitation.

So - just turn up? - will I need proof of ownership?

No, you're be asked to sign an attendance sheet either as a shareholder or visitor.
The best part of AGM's, apart from being able to really quiz the Board and seeing the 'whites of the eyes'of the directors (perhaps not this time as we've nothing to be shirty about!),is what information you pick up before or afterwards over the drinks. If anyone else is going how about a drink afterwards to either celebrate more progress and/or swap other stock ideas?

Sharesure - most of my stocks in nominee names and I always get a letter of ownership from them (Barclays) to show at the door when I go to AGMs. It is provided free of charge. Regrettably not a holder of SEO!

Hopefully any who are golfers (which means, know the rules and can hit the ball more often than not!) will meet at Peter Holden's golf challenge - prizes from MoneyAM. In Leicestershire which is about as central as you can get (i.e. in England!). If you are going, sharesure, please post any juicy morsels. The problem with nogginnog is that he does his research with blinkers on; the Evolution research is factual and sound and represents the market view. nn is so far off station there is no ground for responding to his posts, even though MM (magnanimous me) would like to do so.

I shall be going and will put anything new on here afterwards, although suspect the AGM may coincide with a press statement anyway if there is something to report on Walmart. I reckon Friday may be just that bit too soon.
The company were at an international packaging exhibition last week hoping to make some headway with Frogpack. That has fantastic potential if it catches on.

Difficult to say whether those two 500K transactions shown as sells might not be buys. Presumably the same person, so the fact that the second sp is higher than the first suggests they might be buys. Testing the resistance level without a surge of selling. Interessant, as our friend TFC would say.

If they were buys - is it a fair assumption that the MM's must be starting to get short of stock?

driver/bos: have been following moneyam boards for some time but not bothered to to post anything. This time round I got fed up with reading some of the shorting rubbish. Only been in SEO since January ie under 9p when they popped up on my system as worth buying. Didn't have to wait long! As for research I have been doing this for more years than I care to remember. I always think it pays to speak to the directors before getting too heavily involved and I like them to also have a stake as well, preferably one that they have paid real money for, not just options. I have since bought more SEO on its way up and probably will do again. Just want to see the next stage, even if that means paying 30p/share.
I asked if any of you are holders of Griffin Mining (GFM).I think I recognise some of the names on this BB. A number of us have been in this one since early 2002 when you could fill your boots with their stock at under 3p. Without exception we have stayed with it and added. It too is now ripe for a good run so take a look sometime. I've posted a few figures. In my view, although there is no immediate rush, it will steadily improve until May, when there is a good chance of it getting a much more institutional fan club

Good to have you on board Sharesure. I like the comment 'been doing research for more years than I care to remember' That's the kind of person we like to back SEO. Will take a proper look at GFM, thanks for drawing attention to it & lets hope it works out.
