no not really it has sometimes been at a 1 point spread over the years i have been following the stock.

hewittalan6 - 17 Jan 2006 12:40 - 319 of 1525

I defer to your knowledge Woodie. It is a relatively small holding for me so I don't watch it that keenly, but my eye was drawn to a narrower spread than I normally see.

I will tell you whats happening in a nutshell.

Insiders who have options up for expiry are dumping onto the market their shares.

Way overvalued at 1.7p.

Strong sell.

BEATING THE BLUES TO BE LAUNCHED IN EAST SUSSEX

People with mental health issues who live in East Sussex are set to benefit from
the introduction of an innovative computer based treatment, thanks to an
agreement to be signed with interactive healthcare specialist, Ultrasis plc.

Four Primary Care Trusts (PCTs)in East Sussex have made the decision to jointly
commission 15 licences for the Beating the Blues programme developed by
Ultrasis, in a three year deal.

Beating the Blues is a Computerised Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CCBT)
programme designed for the treatment of depression in both primary and secondary
care. A recent Final Appraisal Determination from the National Institute for
Clinical Excellence (NICE) has made the initial recommendation that Beating the
Blues is made available to all patients with mild and moderate depression via
the NHS.

The decision by the East Sussex PCTs follows a review of the forthcoming NICE
guidance, requests from GPs, Clinicians and patients, and as part of the
development of a range of mental health services in primary care.

'We see the availability of Beating the Blues as an integral part of our
strategic aim to provide people with help when and where they need it', says
Tony Goss, Joint Commissioner for Mental Health, who has led on the
commissioning of the programmes for the four PCTs.

The licences will be made available through the Mental Health Trusts' Primary
Care Mental Health services and will be delivered from a variety of Clinics and
Health Centres across East Sussex.
John Smith, UK Sales Director of Ultrasis commented; 'Once again, commissioners
have recognised the effectiveness and benefits of using Beating the Blues and
believe that this new approach to the treatment of depression and anxiety is an
essential part of their overall strategy for dealing with mental health issues
and an important part of the choice agenda.'

He added, 'The confidence of the East Sussex PCT commissioners to agree a three
year contract is a clear demonstration of the value they believe can be realised
on behalf of their patient population.'

(I spend most of my time on the advfn board, although not a frequent poster, so my replies take their time on here.)

The general consensus on advfn is that the SP will suffer as it soaks up the pressure of the loan stockers dumping their load. Heading upto feb 22 and onwards the SP will be a lot stronger. NICE approval and the sales team let loose to use the NICE recommendation will help.

25th January 2006

Publication of NICE Guidelines on Feb 22nd

Ultrasis has just received official notification from NICE that the guidance document to the NHS on CCBT will be issued on Feb 22nd 2006.

Publication of this document was delayed pending an appeal by ST Solutions regarding their product for the treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. The outcome of this appeal has not yet been made public but is most unlikely to have any impact on the current published recommendations regarding Beating the Blues. These recommendations can be found at http://www.nice.org.uk/pdf/CCBT_FAD.pdf

Please continue to resist calling us on this matter as answering these calls takes up valuable resource

Edited. Wrong thread.

Alan - The falling riskgrade call for hope, 274 at current which is far better than 650+.... Hold on the sp will reflect this, the overall market for ULT looks to be on the mend!

Edited previous post. Thought I was on the YOO thread.
Delighted with this one as I was in at 0.62p.
It was YOO I was refering to when I said it was one of my more wreckless choices and probably not the best one ever.
