Please report bugs and enhancements (BUGS)

andy.lovell - 04 Nov 2002 11:26

If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!

Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Once again, any chance of fixing your dyslexic feed : NSX (Fledgling Index) and not Nexus Management (NXS).

Also, it appears that new admissions/renamed stocks are still missing intraday charts - of recent note is GCAP

If JT wants a full list of stocks missing intraday charts then let me know - I can always run a test over the weekend.

Qwento,

I will pass this onto JT to look into.

Ian

qwento,

if you can send your list over it would be useful.

JT - Sure, i'll run a check after hours and email the results.

Kayak - 16 May 2005 09:44 - 3196 of 7315

MM stocks are showing '0' as mid in stockwatch. Level 2 is OK.

IanT(MoneyAM) - 16 May 2005 09:48 - 3197 of 7315

Kayak,

Unfortunately, this is due to an outage our suppliers had before open. Therefore, some of the MM stocks have been affected with the zero price, which unfortunately will not change until a trade goes through on it.

Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience,

Regards

Ian

TullettJ (MoneyAM) - 19 May 2005 08:32 - 3203 of 7315

qwento,

I just checked our graphs and we're showing:
NSX as Fledgling Index (correct) and NXS as Nexus Management.

What's the problem?

qwento - 19 May 2005 08:42 - 3204 of 7315

JT - You try a quote on NSX ! My Level1 feed shows NSX as Nexus !!!!!

I will send the email AGAIN!

IanT(MoneyAM) - 19 May 2005 08:47 - 3205 of 7315

Qwento,

Thanks - we will be looking into it today,

Ian

qwento - 19 May 2005 09:02 - 3206 of 7315

Email has been sent to JT listing the stocks missing intraday data.

qwento - 19 May 2005 17:59 - 3207 of 7315

NSX is fixed - many thanks :-)

Piptrader - 20 May 2005 10:52 - 3208 of 7315

Just found that my internal mail was not activated, and profile details all reset to null.

The only explanation I can think of is that in the last few months, I upgraded and then downgraded my subscription.

If this causes the change of user profile, might I suggest that the fact be included somewhere, or the system changed so that the profile remains the same.

TullettJ (MoneyAM) - 20 May 2005 13:19 - 3209 of 7315

Piptrader,

Upgrading and downgrading details wouldn't remove your BB profile. Once it's been set up, it stays set up.

The only explaination is that it wasn't set up in the first place...?

J.

Piptrader - 20 May 2005 13:56 - 3210 of 7315

J - it definitely was! I've received internal mail in the past, and one poster commented on my then-published location!

Ah well, another of life's little mysteries :-)
