Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).
Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.
cheers GF.

Cynic.
Read your own post and stop trying to make flippant remarks about Chemical industry.
Next look up the economic statistics 2008-2010, before making false interpretations.
Sorry, I forgot you and Hays are camp follower of the Cameron and cronies and believe the falsifications mantras

Why would Thalidomide make you gullible. It was invented many years after I was born.

Also, should have realised to get something of your perfection would have to have been invented.

The court case involving IDS is only about the lack of explanation given to people about the work experience system and nothing more. The legislation and explanation have both been changes. The system is now legal.

Following the row, Poundland said it would no longer participate in the government schemes and launched its own "completely voluntary" work experience programme.
One employment lawyer said firms offering unpaid work schemes of any kind faced potential damage to their reputation and should "tread carefully".
"When it is provided by a larger company, unpaid work of any nature has become a contentious area," said Vanessa Di Cuffa, an employment law partner at Shakespeares.
"Any employer offering it is risking a PR backlash if third parties consider that such schemes are unfair.
"To avoid this, it is best practice for employers to ensure that any such schemes and programmes are considered and consulted upon with the union or employee representatives before implementation."

Teachers less qualified than McDonald's staff, says Labour
Teachers need fewer qualifications than burger bar employees thanks to Government education reforms, Labour claims
“Under David Cameron, we have this situation where you now need more qualifications to work as a shift manager at McDonald’s than to become a teacher,” Mr Hunt said. Photo: Getty Images

Shift managers at McDonald’s require more qualifications than teachers under Michael Gove’s flagship free schools, Tristram Hunt, the shadow education secretary, claimed.
Free school headteachers are able to hire staff without formal teaching qualifications, like their counterparts in the private sector.
Mr Hunt, a television historian before entering parliament, said the “wholesale deregulation” of schools had undermined teachers and would drive down standards.
“Under David Cameron, we have this situation where you now need more qualifications to work as a shift manager at McDonald’s than to become a teacher,” Mr Hunt said.
“I am pleased McDonald’s insist on qualifications for their shift managers. It’s surprising and alarming that Education Secretary Michael Gove doesn’t operate in the same way.”

Yep good post max.
I heard Gove saying yesterday why shouldnt we let the likes of Olympic Gold winner and golden Girl Jessica Ennis coach/teach athletics in our schools!!!!!!!.
Answer because Gove you pea brain it doesnt naturaly follow just because you have been good at something yourself you can PASS THOSE SKILLS onto others WITHOUT first of all learning communication/teaching skills.
And ive seen examples of this in both cricket and tennis.

The educashun situation is a problem gf.
On the one hand you have supposedly highly qualified teachers only, but they are turning out functional illiterates in ever increasing numbers.
Why not look at alternatives?
