Make that 18% and counting....

Another article on Endace: Computer Business Review - Endace sees potential in time-stamping for trading floors

keepitreal - 23 May 2007 19:35 - 36 of 65

fantastic - well done valuemax for keeping the faith - I was very tempted to sell early on today but I found out somebody was very keen to buy this stock in large volumes - that can only mean one thing when the stock is thinly traded. Good also to see large buys going in late afternoon near high of the day.

ValueMax - 23 May 2007 22:17 - 37 of 65

How did you find out about the large buying, keepitreal?

ValueMax - 24 May 2007 16:45 - 38 of 65

Up a further 10% today. SP now doubled since this thread was started in April.

keepitreal - 24 May 2007 20:05 - 39 of 65

another excellent rise - my broker let me know about the keen buyers - I think they will have cooled a bit today after 2 days of significant gains

ValueMax - 24 May 2007 21:58 - 40 of 65

Endace have been doing the rounds with the analysts the past few days so I'm hopeful the buying interest will continue.

We may see a rise in selling though with the rising SP so I don't expect the 10%+ daily rises to continue. It'll find a balance somewhere, hopefully a bit further north of the present level.

I'd settle for just a nice 5% tomorrow :-)

ValueMax - 25 May 2007 08:19 - 41 of 65

The Express is reporting on a rumoured bid for Endace from Cisco.

Endace analysis and viewpoint from TMF user Marben

Well worth a read.

keepitreal - 25 May 2007 18:57 - 43 of 65

see you got your wish on todays rise with a very small pullback late afternoon - article you mention is very good and some of his forward projections are really quite astonishing - I too have sold some of my holding after sticking to my own rules but intend to keep the remainder which are effectively now free as a core holding. - keep up the good work valuemax

ValueMax - 25 May 2007 21:06 - 44 of 65

Yesterday's 5% comment was more in hope than expectation, but I'm not going to complain!

I did exactly the same as you today, keepitreal. Sold around half, kept the rest for long term. Not bad for a one month investment.

ValueMax - 30 May 2007 12:58 - 45 of 65

If only we hadn't sold half on Friday!

keepitreal - 30 May 2007 19:58 - 46 of 65

cant be too greedy I suppose - I tried buying some more today at 350 but price moved and I was too tight to buy at 355 - cant sell my holding now this stock is flying - I hear that Panmure may have increased price target again - anything on this?

ValueMax - 30 May 2007 20:45 - 47 of 65

I believe they have increased their target to 350p. SP well beyond that now.

From NewRatings.com:
LONDON, May 30 (newratings.com) - Analyst Nick James of Panmure Gordon maintains his "buy" rating on Endace (ticker: EDA). The target price has been raised from 300.0p to 350.0p.

In a research note published this morning, the analyst mentions that the company can take advantage of its technology edge to become a leading provider of network-monitoring solutions. Customer pull from tier-1 players has improved Endaces prospects and the companys transformation is likely to continue in FY08, the analyst says. Robust profitability would enable the company to fund its growth, Panmure Gordon adds.

keepitreal - 30 May 2007 22:05 - 48 of 65

Panmure seem to be always behind the curve on this one - assuming the share price stays round this level what do panmure say now - because with the share price appraoching 400p and their target already smashed they definately need to review target. - I will have a look at their comments when I get a chance

ValueMax - 05 Jun 2007 13:13 - 49 of 65

They'll need to raise it again soon. To 400p, no doubt.

keepitreal - 05 Jun 2007 20:33 - 50 of 65

another stonking day - buying still very persistent I see someone bought 5000 at 460 late afternoon which is really good to see - anyone who likes mountain climbing should look at the chart over the last month.
anyone who did not pay attention to postings by valuemax should start at the beginning of this thread look at the chart and weep
share movement today after this sort of rise cannot be just on new buying - watch out for bid speculation

keepitreal - 07 Jun 2007 18:51 - 51 of 65

sold most of my remaining holding yesterday when market looked bleak at 455p - just kept a few to make sure I keep an eye on Endace.
Endace was ripe for a correction when market turned back after such a big rise - a lot of punters have been shaken out of this - will be interesting to see how price moves over next few days
