notlob,

You may or may not be aware of this, but there is a function will allows you to zoom in and read it more clearly by clicking on the area you want to read, you can also drag the page around as you go. Also if you click on the save button you can view it in PDF format as well.

ian,i have just received an email saying my free trial has expired!but i only ever received
one electronic copy, should i re-enter my details and sign up again?

IanT(MoneyAM) - 17 Jul 2007 07:03 - 38 of 70

winner,

From our records, it looks like you originally signed up for the trial on 17/05/07, which means you should have received at least 4 copies by now. The only thing I can think of is that you ISP has marked the three missing ones as spam for some reason. Do you have an alternate E mail address we could try (NB do not post your E mail address here, please e mail it directly to me - ian@moneyam.com)

Thanks

Ian

Hmmm getting issues opening the free copies this week?? No idea why??

Application hangs and numerous repeat error messages are being flagged up....

"A scipt in this movie is causing Adobe Falsh Player 9 to run slowly. If it continues to run, you computer may become unresponsive. Do you want to abort this script?"

Any help?

Kyoto - 20 Jul 2007 01:29 - 40 of 70

Yes, I'm getting the same problem as Tole. Tried with Firefox and IE and no luck with downloading in either of them - and the virtualcatalogue.co.uk site it ends up crashing both browsers.

I suppose there's no chance of bringing back the direct links to the PDFs? Simple, quick, painless. I don't want to read online in Adobe's Flashpaper and endure the slow process of it starting up every time, and access to virtualcatalogue.co.uk is sporadic from where I am anyway. Because I'm in Asia I don't get the print version sent to me any more which must save some money and make me an ideal subscriber, but it's getting to the point where the troubles I have just getting to download the PDF every week are making me think it's not worth subscribing any more.

Guys,

We will take a look into this,

Ian

Tole - 20 Jul 2007 08:36 - 42 of 70

Thanks Ian.
Know it cant just be me...have tried on 5 different PC's and getting the same response.

After clicking the link and having sharesdigital open in a new browser...the application begins to open (Displaying the Sharesdigital borders and navigation bar) and then teh application hangs prio to displaying the actual magazine. Numerous repeat error messages then appear (As stated in previous post) Whether you stop the script or not the application fails to continue.

Hope you have some joy. :)

No don't worry it is not you - we are working to resolve this - apologies for the inconvenience,

IanT(MoneyAM) - 07 Aug 2007 07:02 - 50 of 70

Guys,

I can only assume that this is due to recent industrial action by the postal service. I will however double check with Shares magazine. Should there be any problems I will notify you directly.

Ian
