Almost Day after day, this keeps going up.

What happens is there are lots of small shareholders selling out during the day who probably bought in when it was 25p due to being tipped in shares mag in July

THEN

At the end of each day there is a really BIG BUY that most people don't notice.
Usually at 16:29.

Next morning, it usually opens up 1/4p

This keeps on happening.

I finally freed up some cash this morning & bought some.
I wish that I had got in at 17p.

The big buyers obviously think that the new drugs will ge a great success.

It was interesting to see what I assume were holders from the previous high in September sell out & bring the price back a bit from this morning's jump.

The thing is that there weren't that many of them that jumped off because it pulled back a bit on rather light trading volume.

That may be a good sign & with so many drugs in the pipeline then 1 of them will probably come through with very good news this year.

& it will only take 1 to do the trick.

Anyway, this morning's announcement of new income is pretty good news in itself.

hmmm looks like the friday afternoon big investment in Oxf. bio has happened again. is this because it looks like good value and theres cash to be used up for the week?

Yep 350,000 protected trade.

I thought something like that must be pushing the price UP.

They must be expecting good results on 3rd of March.

If we have a good run up to 3rd March then I suppose there will be a few tree shakes on the way as things get hectic.

I suspect that 3rd March will be good news with all this activity.

Yes, big momentum at the moment, Apple. I've read that a Russian Investment Bank was the big buyer today. 3rd March will be interesting. An upward price with no news - what will happen if OXB announce a big deal on one of their products, eg., TroVax ? This will go ballistic.

Wish I had more cash to put into it now.

Up 5.2% already this morning.

And there's allegedly a Far East Investor wanting a piece of the cake.

A big licensing deal is just around the corner, then this share will motor.

Small fall after last weeks peak.

I suppose this may provide another opportunity for a big buyer again at the end of the trading day.

Making another attempt at 30p perhaps?

I have been reading this thread with interest for a while now. I bought these at 88p about 4yrs ago to see them grow to 132p before sliding with the rest of the sector. I firmly believe that this company's got something Big and the price is just beginning to recover and may reach 100p again this year. Does anyone know when the current drug trials are predicted to show results? Once a marketable product is formulated who knows what this co is worth! I'm in for the long term.

I too held these from 20p to 132, sold at 67 and 92, and have been in and out a few times last yr and hold 30k - expect some newsof trials this year. up again today, may test the recent high.

MMs can't reduce the price without some big buys coming in - should move above 30 tomorrow. If any news 35p.
