Anyone have idea as to why large drop to-day in relation to relatively low volume

I think current Market turmoil is also affecting the sp - but the killer (for me investing more, even at this price), is the "6-months"
-trouble with such a time-scale is they tend to become 'elastic' and it might become 1-year.....meanwhile, the sp falters on no-news.

Do you guys think this really is the start of something big, or are you being warmed by company chatter?

I'm none too keen on Options as these are a win-win for Execs - only if they use their own money will I take note - - - -and it needs to be minimum 50k-worth.

I'm open minded hangon. I've been in these a while now in the belief that they'll come good. I still think that and am happy to hold although I'd like to see a little positive SP action every now and again!

precisely! credibility will only be gained if management believe risk/reward is in their favour and back cen out of their own pockets.

CeNeS Pharmaceuticals said it is confident about the future backed by a solid balance sheet, a strong Phase III lead programme and an active earlier pipeline moving into Phase II and Phase I trials in the short term.

The company said its pipeline is focused and well balanced with clearly defined clinical and commercial targets. It added that it is well-placed to deliver important data from its lead programme M6G, CeNeS' lead drug candiate for the treatment of post-operative pain.

The company also said the partnering of M6G is proceeding to plan and it is confident it can secure further deals in the near future. Chairman Alan Goodman said the company's deal with Ono alone, underpins CeNeS' current market valuation.

Earlier this month, CeNeS said it has licensed the exclusive Japanese rights to its general anaesthetic and short-acting sedative, CNS-7056, to Ono Pharmaceutical Co Ltd.

why? because we want it to be,or the co.considers one drug alone covers its market cap? if the deals materialise this stock will rocket ! 'til then we're in for much of the same queenie.

It should be higher because it is a quality outfit with quality products that as you say will rocket should the right deals for those products materialise.

Its a crap company queenie ... look at the chart , says it all.

One or two products may come off one day but putting dosh in these is like betting on a horse , sh*t or bust.

These remind me of ML Labs ... always jam tomorrow.

CeNeS Pharmaceuticals PLC confirmed it is in talks which may or may not lead to an offer for the company, adding that a further announcement will be made in due course.
