Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Just found that my internal mail was not activated, and profile details all reset to null.

The only explanation I can think of is that in the last few months, I upgraded and then downgraded my subscription.

If this causes the change of user profile, might I suggest that the fact be included somewhere, or the system changed so that the profile remains the same.

Upgrading and downgrading details wouldn't remove your BB profile. Once it's been set up, it stays set up.

The only explaination is that it wasn't set up in the first place...?

J - it definitely was! I've received internal mail in the past, and one poster commented on my then-published location!

Each BB has its own profile, so just setting one up on the IR won't set one up on the TR...

RNS news not working (again)- page cannot be displayed. eg FTO from stockwatch or newswatch.

J - my subs went from Premier up to Active and back to Premier. Never had less than Premier. Would that account for it?

Ah well - must be a POETS day.

The RNS stories are displaying fine (tested from home and the office), so it appears there may be a glitch between you and the RNS provider (they're not hosted by MoneyAM)

It should clear shortly.

Intraday Charts - I see many of the missing stocks now have data, thanks - but, unfortunately still no intraday chart data for GCAP

Looked at Level 2 just now and the trade times on the right are negative, e.g. first line on VOD is

-7:12:54 138.69 9,300 VW

I think it's an infelicity to do with the day having changed.

Is that the same as infelicity kendall?

Guess it must be :-)

Ian, it corrected itself later on. Perhaps it only was there between midnight and 1.00am and is related to summer time?

Just so you are all aware there is a routing problem with the internet in general at the moment so some will lose sight of webpages

I think I've brought this up before - News flag is not appearing against CSI on Stockwatch.
