Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

I think I've brought this up before - News flag is not appearing against CSI on Stockwatch.

Would it be possible to have a squelch facility for individual threads? Perish the thought, I know, but there are lots of threads which I have absolutely no interest in.

So that I know when there are new posts in threads that do interest me, I like to keep the numbers in 'Unread posts' to nil, and the only way to do that at present is to open the thread and then 'back to list' again.

A thread squelch facility would also reduce the demands on your servers, even if by only a tiny amount.

Its an interesting idea - perhaps a better way of doing it though would be to have a favourites facility so you could check all the ones you wanted to see - it is not something we are currently planning to do, but I will pass your request onto the tech boys.

Can't get the news pages to work properly. Start with the current news page, put say SEO as epic, hit search, and the current SEO news come up. Click where indicated for the older news and older news come up. Click on the "Next" on the bottom left hand corner and unfortunately it goes back to the current news page.

Is there a problem with news feeds to Stockwatch?

A 10.30am RNS on BPRG is still not flagged and the time is now 10.50am.

EDIT: Just looked at the News page, and there appear to be only AFX, but no RNS items.

Intraday charts says PILK is not known, but it's OK on the long-term charts.

Apologies for that - I will get James to take a look at showing yesterdays intraday before open - in the meantime, the chart should start to plot normally at 8am

Charts not working properly for RSA. The grid is showing a range 200p up to 4600p, so that - being in the 75-85p range - the line is barely visible at the bottom of the grid.

Just logged in at home, clicked on a couple of threads and had to log in again to get into a third thread - all on the Traders' room - only minutes later!!! Not the end of the world but annoying.

RNS news links give internal server error message. Umpteenth time RNS has been down. No doubt a supplier problem again!
Agree SC - I find myself logging in 3/4 times during every day
