i was wondering if anyone out there had any strong views? this company appears to be delivering and has just turned EBITA positive after a great trading statement last week. seems like upside to +200p once results are out.
any comments or thoughts would be appreciated.

I'd like some volume to go with this rise but I am happy with a close above 112p as stated on Friday. I did mean "Monday" rather than "tomorrow" of course :)
If this technical move continues as it should, there is not a lot in the way of 140 - 150 in the next two or three weeks. I see plenty of resistance between those values though.

i hear you Bones but with results in the next few weeks the momentum could be sustained and also these possible new LLU contracts could rerate the stock significantly. They have only just held their second LLU conference and announcements could be very soon.
takeover rumours? that could spice things up and are ther are a few dedicated buyers around....

Proptrade, these are all aspects which are no doubt helping the price along. Expectations will be priced in to some extent at 150p so the company would need to keep the positive newsflow coming. The resistance at 150p will be supplied by all those who bought in at those levels last year. No matter what the news, "stale bulls" will often gladly recover their buy-in price and get out. Human psychology rather than newsflow does have an effect.

agreed Bones but interestingly once that "stale bull overhang" (if there is such a thing!) is cleared, the renewed institutional interest (i understand there are several large competing buyers out there) could take these towards 200p. i am NOT a ramping kind of guy but have been in this stock since IPO and sold almost all near the high and have been back in since last year. i am not really talking about 2500 but a move back to 2-3 is not out of the question if they deliver on their EBIT promises this year and LLU wins a few decent contracts. this could be a stupendeous year for the company!

The potential is undoubtedly there, Proptrade, and I won't buy on purely chart potential, the fundamentals need to be attractive too. However, now I am in, I think I will double up on today's confirming price action.

It looks like one MM was holding the bid at 115 until the 150k order was filled. Some selling apparent but a positive close with a bit of volume was my request and it was granted so I hope for a positive week ahead.

it was interesting yesterday because the large buyer probably completed with the 150/- and the MM who completed it moved off the bid and hit the oppo. fun stuff but since ESY has held in there, albeit on small volume, i think there are buyers lower down or the same large buyer has reloaded with something like a 110 top. interesting.

Been out of most of the day but looks to be a bit of a quieter day today. Am I correct in thinking that once the breakout has occured, the sp can drop and use the previous resistance level as the new support level?

That's about the theory of it, and meant to be a healthy sign to jettison the doubters. We shall see!

we shall. it was very positive that we didn't see a 5p drop. really think there are buyers still around...

ok, so there is the drop. down to support levels...lets see if the buyers reemerge. reults around the corner and some healthy consolidation is to be expected.

Wasn't really expecting this drop today but lets jettison the doubters as Bones said. Price is sitting on the 20ma so lets see if it bounces of it. Offer moved up on L2 from 108 to 110, some interest here perhaps.

small buyers and as i said above i think the big buyer has reloaded and moved his limit to about 110. if these close 110 bid or better then they will fly. i am so sure that these are going to be 120+ and this shake out is a few stale holders from the recent runup who are spooked into selling.
This is FUNDAMENTALLY a great story and results and these buyers will see the stock rerated.
by the way check out AVE...added today, something is brewing!

Picking up plenty of business in Europe it seems. From googling, their is plenty of artciles re new business contracts in Europe. The latest seems to be a contract with Volvo in Belgium:
"Volvo Cars Belgium chose for an Easynet network solution."
Can't see the whole report as it's from a subscription paper in Holland.
Also, from MONI's results yesterday:
"15 million paid to Easynet plc in respect of tax
losses purchased from a former subsidiary, ipsaris, as previously disclosed."
Just a few snippet's worth mentioning I thought.

so true. the volvo is on the ESY website and also there is an excellent presentation on LLU.
contract wins are key and a big name could see a 30% rise in ESY overnight.

Cheers for the heads up re AVE, will keep an eye on it. Hopefully the next results will go into some detail on these contracts as there hasn't been any RNS's on them. Perhaps some have not noticed them. Agree with you re a big name and these will rise sharply.

Gotta go out soon, bugger! Plenty of AT trades at 60 though, hmm. This free trial of L2 is great, pity it runs out tonight! :-(
