required field - 14 Jul 2010 13:55

It is now time to switch to a new Money AM football blog as the world cup is now over and we all look to the future.....World cup 2010 is over, Bravo Espana, and Forlan, once again and bring on the new season !.....I never expected the last thread to be such a success...thanks all.... so this new one might go on for years without the need to edit the title...we shall see...

I couldn't care less whether England go out tonight or not, Fishfinger. International football is dull and boring imo.

goldfinger - 19 Jun 2014 17:18 - 3257 of 6918

Well your in a minority now Hilary.

Stats show 85% of women now follow football.

Loads up at old Trafford especially younger women.

goldfinger - 19 Jun 2014 17:19 - 3258 of 6918

ps, chelski are sh-te.

Stan - 19 Jun 2014 19:11 - 3259 of 6918

England to win 2-0. I really can't see Uruguay scoring on their first game performance. Rooney playing central apparently.. at last!

goldfinger - 19 Jun 2014 19:29 - 3260 of 6918

Same team just a switching of positions.

God all this waiting is stressfull.

ExecLine - 19 Jun 2014 19:42 - 3261 of 6918

Come on England! England to win 3 - 1

(Fingers crossed. Flag removal scissors at the ready in the kitchen cutlery drawer)

PS. If England lose buy Thomas Cook Group (TCG) for recovery. You know it makes sense. ;-)

Stan - 19 Jun 2014 20:49 - 3262 of 6918

E/L on a final warning.

MaxK - 19 Jun 2014 20:52 - 3263 of 6918

What position does he play?

MaxK - 19 Jun 2014 20:54 - 3264 of 6918

Well, as I said elsewhwere, England are playing a blinder, only one goal down after 46 minutes.

Martini - 19 Jun 2014 20:55 - 3265 of 6918

O dear who would be an England fan? Had a comfort bet on Uruguay and now have the profits on England to make a come back. Where's David Beckham when you need him?

Stan - 19 Jun 2014 20:55 - 3266 of 6918

Right back..behind the goal if he keeps this up -):

dreamcatcher - 19 Jun 2014 20:55 - 3267 of 6918

The other team are fighting to win, that's the difference. lol

Chris Carson - 19 Jun 2014 20:57 - 3268 of 6918

Surely NOW he has to bring Barkley on!

goldfinger - 19 Jun 2014 20:57 - 3269 of 6918

Fantastic Uruguay goal but 5 men back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Englands final ball not good enough and giving the ball away too easy.

Think we could have had our chips here.

dreamcatcher - 19 Jun 2014 20:58 - 3270 of 6918

Same old England.

Gausie - 19 Jun 2014 20:59 - 3271 of 6918

I've waited years to see England play like Spain .....

MaxK - 19 Jun 2014 21:01 - 3272 of 6918

Warm the engines up...

dreamcatcher - 19 Jun 2014 21:01 - 3273 of 6918

Take Rooney off.

ExecLine - 19 Jun 2014 21:06 - 3274 of 6918

Oh my God!

Nearly 2- 0 down!

ExecLine - 19 Jun 2014 21:07 - 3275 of 6918

Scissors out......

Both teams have changed the way they were playing. England's new way isn't being too advantageous.
