Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

There is currently a problem with the displaying of RNS news stories on the site - I have contacted our supplier to get them to take a look into this for me. This is only affecting the RNS service not AFX or other news sources.

My Level1 and Level2 not updating.

NO STREAMING !

PRM l2and stockwatch data conflicting

Is it possible to make the following enhancements to the system:-

1, Can we have a price ticker directly related to our watchlists which scrolls
across the bottom of the screen as an info bar, from right to left, showing the epic and price in red or blue depending on the price change.

2, Can you take off the trading history from the level 2 display screen and put it as a pop up box at the bottom, thereby making the level 2 screen smaller in order to allow more level 2 screens to be easily open at the same time. It would be useful to display just the last trade at the top of the screen where NMS is positioned.

3, Can we have details of the market makers' closing prices left on the level 2
screen when the market is shut, perhaps in reverse image. This makes research
easier outside market hours.

I have plenty more ideas that I will add in the future.

An early response would be appreciated to whether these improvements are possible.

Re post 3283, I've been asking about this for you and I have some answers:

1) This is a good idea, and will be looked into further, however it's non-trivial to do and we have other things that are taking priority.

2) We will be adding pre-defined sizes for the Level2 window that will do this. The adding of the last trade details near the NMS is more difficult but will be looked into when we do more L2 development.

3) The details are displayed until about 3am when everything is reset, and at this point it's not possible to show those details any more.

ISAT intraday charts are still awol from several days ago, and PRTY charts haven't appeared yet either. If it is your supplier as Ian says, they're taking the mickey....
