22 April 2005
Stanelco plc (the 'Group')
AGM Statement
At today's AGM, Philip Lovegrove, Chairman made the following comments:
'In the last year, the Group has made substantial advances towards its goal of
becoming an intellectual property business, exploiting the Group's core
technologies. At the forefront of this is our revolutionary GREENSEAL technology
where we continue to move towards full commercialisation.
We announced in March that ASDA Stores Ltd (ASDA) would be the first to adopt
GREENSEAL in the UK, anticipating several hundred machines to be adapted to use
the technology during the first year at the earlier of the completion of three
further trials with ASDA suppliers or the signing of the first commercial order.
The first of these trials nears completion at Youngs Bluecrest, a leading ASDA
supplier.
Feedback from ASDA continues to be very encouraging. As a result of previous
successful ASDA trials using the GREENSEAL technology to seal lids on ready meal
trays, ASDA have extended the trial work to other product areas. Youngs
Bluecrest Seafood Ltd who are an ASDA own label supplier and major brand in
their own right have successfully completed additional trials across a wide
range of products producing results exceeding expectations and in turn leading
to other products in ASDA brand packs on the shelves today. These results
further demonstrate the growing number of benefits to ASDA, its suppliers and
consumers alike.
Following our recent agreements with both Premier Technology Inc. and Advanced
Energy Industries in the US, we are positioning ourselves to roll out the
technology in a number of markets including North America.
I am also pleased to report additional progress with Frogpack - our
impact-resistant packaging solution, which has recently successfully come
through rigorous third-party testing and is being made available to customers
via our licensed distributors.
With these new products and a number of others in development the Board looks to
the future with increasing confidence.'

Chairman

Oh dear - then the Asda deal cannot go into effect until all THREE trials are ok - means it will not be April - delayed again.
And NOTHING in the USA - JUST STILL LOOKING -
LOADS OF SPIN AND NO SUBSTANCE - YET AGAIN !!
More delays - warned you all - lets see what the next three months and interims bring !
With still NO ORDERS for RFTL - the price is still single figure reality on double figure dreaming.

Thats really positive news... kinda chickened out before AGM at 22.50p but am back in at 23.20p hmmmm dont mind having to pay the lil extra just for safety!!!
Forget about orders inciterinciter, not only did the trial prove positive but they also expanded the packing to other products including ASDA's own products....

As I said
No Asda confirmation.
No Walmart
No orders for RFTL
End of half year is 30th April - Interims will be horrific - potential now for over 1M loss at interims.
Looking wobbly - PM and his ramp team will be dreaming up more lies now - to keep the suckers holding.
"Increasing confidence" thats a weak statement - very weak - and open to allow failures.
EVO's forecast is now way way wrong - they said I believe "and we expect to see a stream of licences in April" - whoops - revise that interim loss EVO - going to be quite large.

sidtrix - most of us have squelched insider out - so if he is still posting - we dont have to listen to his drivel - knowing him he is probably gloating anyway - a bit of a sicko. Dont give him the satisfaction of a response.

insiderinsider - i take you are telling us this for our benefit. what a nice guy you are!! unless of course you are attempting to influence opinion to make people sell because you would make money from the price dropping in which case you are a c*nt. excuse my french.

Inside and up your arse,
How can you spout so much crap? You obviously do not know the packaging market, so do everyone a favour and keep your opinions to yourself.

Gents - I think we are doing exactly what insider indider wants us to do - he is trying to get a reactiuon to his drivel and we are playing right into his hands. In the past we have found that if we ignore him he goes away - usually with a big fat overdraft.
Can I respectfully suggest we do not lower ourselves to his level and continue our discussions with those on this board who work in the packaging industry and have a creditable trackrecord such as Bosley, GF, Eric - to name but a few.
Apologies for the sermon

Easy chaps, everyone agrees you don't need to tell him - he gets slated everywhere & probably gets a bigger kick from winding us all up. Any investor with half a brain would read around his comments and sharp work out he's talking drivel! Just squelch him he's an insignificant nuisance, no more.

If we pay the pilot enough do you think we can get him to fly someone over the Amazon jungle and maybe do a drop off!!! Wonder if SEO packaging material can be used as parachutes???
HMMMM ... this is the last post ***

Perhaps we could try the tray lidding on him, seal him in a container and Frogpack him before dropping him off somewhere.

I think everyone has the right to give their opinions on bb like this. But in the same way everyone has the right to interpret that opinion. Reading back over ii posts you can only come to the conclusion that he is trying to manipulate the sp for his own purposes. He appears from nowhere and he posts on all sites. All his comments have a sufficient grain of truth to make you think, but he lacks what is nearly always present on this bb a balanced opinion which weighs both pros and cons. I won't squelch. I read everything here, digest and then come to my own decision.
I will be making good profits from these shares as they continue to rise. I hope others are too.
