Welcome to CONCHA PLC (formerly Hot Tuna (International) PLC.
The stated aims of CONCHA PLC are to evaluate and invest in a broad range of
technology, media, well being and related industries.
Company History
Hot Tuna was born in Australia in the summer of 1969 to serve the demands of sojourning surfers, the product of a dedicated surfers passion fueled by the skill of his fashion designer wife. Spreading on the bodies and boards of watermen through coastal locales in the South Pacific, the brand quickly burgeoned globally, becoming an influential leader in the nascent surf industry and one of the progenitors of the neon era of surf in the '80s. Through the brands storied history, a long list of notables, in and out of the water, have waved the Hot Tuna banner at one time or another in their careers, including pro surfers such as Richie Lovett, Robbie Page, Beau Emerton and Drew Courtney.
In September 2005, Hot Tuna (International) PLC purchased the Hot Tuna brand from a consortium of investors and listed it on AIM, a division of the London Stock Exchange.
In the interest of managing its brand profile and distribution globally, the public Company began a rapid acquisition of its licensed interests around the world. Talented designers and key management with apparel business expertise from Quiksilver, ONeill, Ocean Pacific, Rip Curl and Perry Ellis International, among others, were recruited to drive the process in the key markets of the United States, Australia and the United Kingdom. In July 2006, entrepreneur and fashion icon Elle Macpherson, who grew-up with the brand in Australia, was appointed as an executive director of Hot Tuna (International) PLC, her interests focused on design and distribution issues, as well as overall youth fashion and market insight. The Company's name change to Concha Plc (AIM Ticker: CHA) will become effective and the Company will begin trading under its new name from 8:00 a.m. on 7 February 2012.

Clocky
I do not like people who stick a number with no reasons
you now say is 0.50p is the cash position
Well then you know nothing about anything just like the rest here it seems, but as they are bored they like to say bull, toilet are already full it seems.
Now the truth
Company has £5M cash on the coffers, stake on companies and the most important thing that you can not value is "Christ Akers" one of the best dealers on acquisitions, already has been working in a large one, and that was the reason for share price going sky high, and in the process I made several thousand pounds, on buying and selling at the right time, mainly on the UPTREND from 1p to 7p
btw - so far all the money I made on CHA was on Buying T + 20 ( meaning I have 20 working days to pay ) and did close the position before the paying day so the money I made was with out paying 1p.
now if you can do it better let me know, maybe then I will put more attention two your post

mentor, Please do not rattle off rubbish and boast of your profits but stick to facts, you have no idea how much cash is in the kitty as of today unless you are an insider, and you misread my value of 0.5p (half a penny) for 0.50p which shows how bonkers you really are.
With around 1.5 billion shares my valuation is generious imo, as you said "you cannot value Chris Akers" but if you care to that is up to you. If you had been selling short from around 6p you would have made more money.
Frankly I do not give a fig about you giving any attention to my post which was only posted due to you trying to infer that CFEP being on bid for a brief time suggested a turning point. They are still on offer at this moment at 1.85 as you will be aware.
Good Luck though.

your quote
"and you misread my value of 0.5p (half a penny) for 0.50p which shows how bonkers you really are"
re - bonkers
you are looking at the mirrow it seems on saying that,
0.5p and 0.50p is the same, go to maths and take " the b@stard jimmy" with you
re - infer that CFEP
that was on your mind, so do not put words in my mouth
my mind is PEEL is the one playing this games, collect shares and then moving to the other side, but today CFEP was doing the same.
btw. you can put as many zeros as you like after 0.5 the 0.500000000000000000000p the value is the same, I am sure I went to different math school than you.

LOL mentor,Not only did you go to a different maths school you clearly went to one that has never taught you to read the small print and assume nothing other than FACTS you have read.Because CA had a good reputation and luck it does not mean he or you will have again.
Clearly from your last post your language is that of the gutters, which if I were you (I am lucky I am not like you) you would assume the poster was from nothing better than that of its orgins.
I see it closed down another 15%+ today, hope you are not sitting on your hands and looking at what you have could have made today if you have still been buying.
Anyway if it makes you feel better, and I will leave you alone with jimmy as I no longer have any interest in this stock until further information comes to light.

merely as an observer, it seems to me that even if you (mentor) made money going long, there was an awful lot more to be made going short - as always, much luck (or hindsight) is involved in getting the timing right

1.80 +0.075p
Candlestick Hammer at closing
Hammer: Hammer candlesticks form when a security moves significantly lower after the open, but rallies to close well above the intraday low. The resulting candlestick looks like a square lollipop with a long stick. If this candlestick forms during a decline, then it is called a Hammer.
chart - the large spread at high of the day 1.85 v 2.25p spoil a bit the hammer candlestick

twiddly shares = mega % moves in either direction
twiddly shares = most times MM-only stocks so spreads can and are often made ludicrously wide, for all the obvious reasons

Concha PLC
("Concha" or the "Company")
Termination of investment discussions
As previously announced, the Company had been engaged in negotiations regarding a specific global opportunity within its investment scope. Whilst the Board appreciates that significant time has elapsed since it first announced that it had engaged in these discussions, the Board has been keen to monitor its development further before formalising a possible investment commitment.
During the course of this week, following further discussions with the target investee company, the Board met to discuss the status and complexity of the proposed transaction as well as the likely timescale for the completion of any transaction. In the light of those conversations the Concha Board and the board of the target investee company have agreed that it is in both parties' interests to terminate discussions immediately. Whilst the Board are disappointed not to have been able to successfully complete this investment, the Board is confident that this decision is in the best interests of shareholders.
Whilst it is true that the Board has recently been focussing on the specific opportunity mentioned above, the Board has, and will continue to, assess a number of other potential investment opportunities in line with the Company's investment policy.
The Board is clearly aware of the recent volatility in the Company's share price and the Board notes that the Company's market capitalisation remains significantly higher than its net asset position.
The Company will release its final results for the year ended 30 June 2015 on 22 December 2015.
