Hi akel,
First of all you have to validate your entry. You will do this by buying a minimum 10,000 pounds worth of shares in two different stocks. Forget everything about the market size....just buy into 2 stocks simultaneously tomorrow for between 10,000-50,000. For example, I will buy 10,000 worth in ..... and another 10,000 worth in ......You have to buy into 2 different stocks to validate your entry. This is clearly stated in the below paragraph:
"start playing the game and to validate your entry, you must open two positions (buy/short stock) in different companies, each position must be for a minimum of 10,000 and a maximum of 50,000 each".

so i can i still buy 50,000 worth on my first choice at 1p
if there is a trading limit of 60.000, which only equals 600

Yes Akel your first statement is correct....you can put 50,000 worth in your first choice at 1 pence even if there is a set trading limit which equals to just 600.
Is it the below statement that is puzzling you akel44 ????
Trade Size Restriction
Your trade volume is restricted to a maximum of 3 times the normal market size for any stock. The normal market size is shown on the trade ticket.
The market size for any stock that is referred to in the above statement is not the same normal market size as you would see in one your stocks that you trade normally in. The normal market size here refers to the amount of free cash you have to invest and depending on that you will get a quote on how many shares you can purchase.

yes thats what was puzzling me,
what i plan to do is buy millions of my first choice at 1p (50,000 worth)
buy 10,000 worth in the other (which i will then sell)
then put everything i have in credit on my first choice,
so i will have everthing riding on one company
will that be ok

ok, just to clarify.
You can only buy 3 times the listed NMS therefore, if you buy/sell a share which is low in price and with a small NMS you will most likely not be able to use this to validate your account.
Once you have validated your account you will still be bound by the NMS of any given stock you buy. Therefore, you can only ever buy 3 times the NMS regardless

akel,
If it is 3 times the normal NMS then you cannot do this - you can only buy/sell up to 3 times the NMS on any stock.

Baza,
I had that with my opening trades to validate my account. Buy shares you can buy to validate then the min deal size will drop to below the max.
Happened on a few penny shares I was trying to get.

Bet you wish it had not started at all Ian :-))
If you want to buy lots of stock in a small NMS you have to buy
the max allowed, wait 1 minute then buy the same amount again
paying comissions on each deal, problem is when you need to sell
quick you wont have time on your side, just like it is for real.
