If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

There are a fair number of companies for which intraday charts are not showing even though level 2 and daily charts are OK. AQH is the latest example but there are others. Suggest you scan your databases for such stocks! It may be happening with new stocks/name changes etc.

Is it possible to improve the portfolio feature by speeding up the rate of page refreshment after editing. It is slower than I am.

Fred1new,
This can sometimes be a little slower than the rest of the site, due to the fact that it is drawing information from all over the place and making the calculations. However, I will let the tech boys know and put it on the list to try and speed things up,

Ian - I sent a list of over 100 stocks missing intraday data to Jonathan earlier in the week. If you would like a copy just let me know.

Mickinvest,
We are aware of this problem and it is related to those stocks which migrated over to SETSMM this morning - I have reported it to our suppplier as it looks liek a problem at their end.
I will update you as soon as possible,

All,
The sets MM stocks should now start to get orders in the order book. However, we are missing orders from the outage,

unfortuantely these are related to the earlier problems we had with our supplier. The orders in the book were placed during the outage, and unfortuantely we cannot recover that information. This is why the order books are showing in this manner,
Apologies
Ian

its very turgid trying to move around, I only have one window open, and moving from bb to stockwatch etc. causes a surge in CPU useage to 100% then a few , maybe 20 secs. it freezes until refreshing, which itself takes ages, it doesn`t happen on other sites, is the new bb system taking up the memory?
