Ultrasis - IS this the next tripple bagger performer (ULT)

mcsquares - 13 Aug 2003 17:03

Over the past three months I, probably like most have benefitted from the movement in small micro - cap stock that have risen heavily on increased liquidity. The next stock, despite having benefitted from a massive surge in share price back in April, that I have focused on is Ultrasis. This company is poised to secure the ever increasing Mental Health Market both at home and in the US (Several lucrative contracts already announced)through its suite of highly effective software.

The companies web address is as follows http://www.ultrasis.co.uk

I for one have gone heavily into this stock and am prepared to wait for the realisation of its potential to kick in .I would advise others to do so

There have been quite a few buys, but within the spread, hence showing as sells. The price would have fallen much lower if they were all sells.

pension271 - 07 Jul 2005 08:27 - 334 of 359

If it helps welassal - i am sitting on a vast amount - awaiting news - as for sales - money must be shifting to other sectors where there is quick return.
Also at times cannot understand why on moneyam , when it is a purchase either it does not show or shows as sales when it is not. Not long ago my buy and sale of 2m shares of ULT - both sell and buy went through as sales !!!!

britshare - 07 Jul 2005 08:37 - 335 of 359

The streaming system is automated and works on comparison with mid price. If the trade is executed at a price lower than mid price, it is reported as a sell. If higher than mid price, reported as buy. Always work out the mid price and calculate the trades for yourself accordingly. Don't take the streaming literally. Go to the trades page and read the note at the bottom of the page!

ULT has bottomed out and started to move up again. Very cheap and moving fast due to the oversold position.

This stock will just give you depression, cut my losses yrs ago when i realised what a pile of poop it was and am surprised it's still hanging on - my advice would be to stay away it won't be around in 12mths.

TheMaster - 26 Jul 2005 14:24 - 343 of 359

This company has been winning orders this year, but sp has drifted recently, due for a lift to previous year high of 1.2p

britshare - 27 Jul 2005 09:40 - 344 of 359

Another tick up this morning, slowly climbining back to previous highs.

Rockin Robin - 3 Aug'05 - 13:50 - 5426 of 5432

'Just spoken to Alana Miller at NICE, she says the CCBT final review will be with consultees, ie ULTRASIS, by the end of next weekkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk, and should be posted on the NICE website, by the end of August for sureeeeeeeeeee. She also said there is no consultation after this review is made public, but interested parties can appeal should they wish..so basically we are looking at the end of August for BLASTOFF, hopefully, all being well. She also said that once companies have NICE approval they are put in touch with the "NHS implementation team" - their job is to help companies, like hopefully, ULTRASIS, get their products to the paying PCTs and Commissioning bodiesssssssssss...

Time to top up N'es Pas?

The light at the end of the tunnel is now officially "switched on".

I'm hoping for BTB on its own, as the rec' for mild/moderate depression and a 10p sp. Here's to hoping.

SAM24 - Thank you - big boost to the morale on this share - as you say here's to hoping !!

SAM24 - 04 Aug 2005 10:39 - 349 of 359

If NICE is forwarding its recommendations to ULT by the end of next week, and assuming all is good, then ULT will surely release a RNS then, and not wait to do it simultaneous with NICE at the end on the month, as Rockin Robin has said (post 5426). I also think ULT will be drip fed info until then, which may be leaked. Also, just think how many contracts ULT have agreed for BTB, but is conditional upon the NICE approval. Basically, IMO, this baby is going to Rocket passed shuttle Discovery by the end of this week or next.

SAM24 - 04 Aug 2005 14:53 - 350 of 359

with the N.I.C.E. report imminent, which will be followed by many PCT's - 44 were interested in buying CCBT from the 2002 N.I.C.E. report but then decided to await further evidence, now the evidence is there + the negative data on anti-depressants which has been published since then must persuade a higher number of PCT's to put BTB in place.
my own research into N.I.C.E. is that the final report will be on the website during August & all doctors/PCT's etc are communicated with by letter at the same time - the Aug., date is when a glossy brochure is sent out.

(abacus report from 2002 guidance - p35)
www.abacusint.com/downloads/ NICE_Guidance_Abacus_International.pdf
Figure 33: Manufacturer sales of CCBT
NICE guidance concluded that further evidence into the value of CCBT for treating depression was required. In discussion with two major suppliers of CCBT, it was clear that the impact of NICE guidance had been dramatic on enquiries into purchases. There were 44 active enquiries from mental health trusts/PCTs. Following the NICE guidance publication all of these withdrew suggesting that they would wait for further evidence into CCBT or another NICE review.

This stock is looking very interesting again. It is very unlikely that the NICE final recommendations will differ much from those in the appraisal document. The request for comments on the preliminary report is standard practice but rarely leads to any significant change, largely because the practioners and health managers have been widely consulted beforehand.
