NETeller - NLR - 3.15
Thought i would start a new thread following on from
hawick - new issue looks very special - not to steal the thunder from
hawick but just to highlight the company name to those not already in to this
potential blockbuster.
Those of us who are following NETeller know the background and have been
active with postings, for newcomers i strongly sugest viewing the
( new issue looks very special posting )the content will speak for itself.
Brief overview of NETeller
The company handles online cash transactions across the globe
on 21st oct gained fsa approval to operate as a regulated e-money issuer
and will passport the regulated status to all 25 EU member states
it has over 1 million clients rising by 2000 number each day
1500 online merchants and processed over $1.5 billion in 2003
pre tax profit is estimated to be 29 million to dec 04 rising to
40 million next year
per currently 20 to dec 04 falling to 11.5 which is low for sector
brokers have been raising forcasts on a regular basis
share price has risen over 50% since launch earlier this year
new markets emerging constantly, asia has the potential for supergrowth
online casinos are creating enormous profits
given all this - cash generative - huge market - fsa approval
infastructure in place to handle growth, profits accrue to bottom line
the market force is behind it with good relative strength
all put together it is hard to argue against this has the potential
to be a blockbuster over the year ahead

Thanks for your comments Goldfinger. I appreciate it.
My comment the other day about a Fibonacci retracement was not a prediction (as you seem to imply) but a way of identifying an area for a stop loss. Anyone who lived through 2000/01 would be stupid not to set one. I said it would not be a negative sign to see such a retrace but a healthy one (I suppose a retrace to 508p was fairly significant but it didn't hang about much to consolidate so plenty of hot money is still in this stock).
Anyway, as gallick says, let's see this pony gallop!

I would be comfortable with a canter which would help it to go the distance! Plus a decanter of my favourite Pinot Noir of course.

I am really hoping your Fibonacci retracement comes to pass, then we'll all be right - Goldfinger for being a fan of TA, you for having mentioned it, me for being able to buy NLR, Eric for thinking he persuaded me.
If old Fib can do all this with one simple retracement, just think what Fermat could have done if he hadn't lost it on margin.

Prelim results to year end - Dec 04
due out 5th April
hope the frenzy keeps going
until then.
If forward forcasts are as good as being rumoured,
when rerated and per drops
this is when it could realy take off.

The old adage says 'buy on rumours', sell on fact. It may be that the rise peters out before the results. It will then depend whether there is anything new in that statement. With Durlacher happy to project away, there may not be. This is not negative comment; rather that a rise at this rate must run its course some time, momentum must slow and that is the time for some profit taking. I must say, though, its one to leave some funds in longer term.

Buying or selling a week or so either side of results is always a lottery imo.

Reading another NLR board where they are discussing -
1. The Channel 4 news feature that will "get MMs pumping up the volume before the market opens". Anyone know what the channel 4 news feature was and why they believe that the MM will increase the volume?
2. The 400K trade at the end of the day, "Means someone has 400k on a t10/20 and has decided to roll it over (not pay for the stock) for another 20 days. Would indicate confidence that the stock is going to go in the right direction over the short term." Any comments on this comment?? I have to admit to ignorance on how you can find out this detail of information but I only have limited access to trade information.
Think I'll have another beer and consider the charts and the above posts - not sure that the momentum will carry until April but without a doubt, I want to remain in at a certain level for the longer term.
Cheers,
Stuart
