If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

unfortuantely these are related to the earlier problems we had with our supplier. The orders in the book were placed during the outage, and unfortuantely we cannot recover that information. This is why the order books are showing in this manner,
Apologies

its very turgid trying to move around, I only have one window open, and moving from bb to stockwatch etc. causes a surge in CPU useage to 100% then a few , maybe 20 secs. it freezes until refreshing, which itself takes ages, it doesn`t happen on other sites, is the new bb system taking up the memory?

Sequestor,
I have just tried this and have not found any difficulties - might be worth doing a spybot or virus scan on your machine just to make sure it is clean.

Mighty Micro has some good points, but I don't recall a double-login (Investor's room only).
I guess some folk are always more equal thatn others so those that pay for a subscription get a better deal - what irks me is that I choose to buy the mag every week as the post is so slow - so I'm paying more, yet receiving less (as it BB were).
Bug Fix:
Has no-one noticed if you click on "Winners and Losers" you can onloy get Winners? Clicking on Losers doesn't work.
SO have a nice day folk.

hangon,
The front page box display gives both winners and losers, but as you rightly say it directs to the winners table. The losers table can be accessed from the market scan page.

I have reported this on previous occasions - no news flag appears against CSI on Stockwatch.

covenant,
This occurs when our supplier has mislabelled the news item to another stock - I will again contact them to let them know that this has happened.

Snip,
Just got your mail. The actual bid and offer are now 163 and 165, but when that trade went through at 14.26 the bid was 163 - 167 which is what is showing on the trades page. The MM then moved it down to 165 just after the trade.
