hope they do not run out of cash first

tvc15 - 03 Mar 2006 13:10 - 3371 of 3776

Millionaire earns YOO 2p for every call lol. Not very good out of 1 per call.

tvc15 - 03 Mar 2006 13:22 - 3372 of 3776

One of the worst performing stocks I have ever seen on the market. Cash call or profit warning quite soon I believe, or both.

Kivver - 03 Mar 2006 13:51 - 3373 of 3776

the bears now surging off into the lead. Some great discussions a bit back when the price was around 7p. The bears certainly showing the better judgement at this moment. We all know things can change in an instance!

Well chaps & chapesses what can't be argued about is that yoo has lost 30% of its market valuation in less than 4 weeks! (it touched 8p on 06/02). No word from management on this shocking decline. It is all eerily reminiscent of the june 2005 scenario when much the same preceded the mother of all profit warnings. Final results are on us soon lets hope to god they can pull something out of the hat to stop the rot. We know that amortisation & depreciation are gonna make those figures look very sick. Wish I could be more upbeat but..........

john50 - 03 Mar 2006 16:48 - 3379 of 3776

tvc is this the only board your not banned from?i see your banned from advfn and iii

tvc15 - 03 Mar 2006 17:04 - 3380 of 3776

Hi Johnny boy, banned from iii for expressing facts, a few disgruntled investors took umbrage to me posting the truth about this company and complained. Banned from one board on ADFVN by another disgruntled investor called "Malkie" who has bought YOO at 50p downwards and does not like people warning him that he is going to lose all his money. Banned from his "Premium Board" but still post on another board. A few on here have also been warning people for ages, I think one is DIL and treble something. There warnings have come true.

tvc15 - 03 Mar 2006 22:30 - 3381 of 3776

Yoomedia - loss making - cashflow negative (based on info in public domain) - 'merger' business model has failed - management issued two trading warnings last year - may have to issue between 30m and 70 shares to MMTV (based on information in public domain) - shareholders constantly diluted - if cashflow negative is missed this quarter, MAY have to ask the market for fresh funds - certain, key, over hyped aqusiitions in 2004, either closed or scaled down - massive amounts of depreciation and goodwill to hit FY results.

Dil - 04 Mar 2006 00:20 - 3382 of 3776

Took you long enough to work that out tvc15 , where you been the last 18 months guru ?

tvc15 - 04 Mar 2006 10:49 - 3383 of 3776

Mr. Sensible AKA iPublic.

MrSensible - 4 Mar'06 - 09:28 - 10079 of 10080

I read last month that ZIP television, were going into administration. ZIP are a client of YES.

Is this a loss of a consistant revenue stream and will it impact on cashflow positve, Q1?

Is anyone concerned?

Discuss!

Yoo will soon be following them lol.

Kivver - 04 Mar 2006 10:52 - 3384 of 3776

whats all this mr sensible stuff ????

tvc15 - 04 Mar 2006 10:56 - 3385 of 3776

It is on the ADVFN YOO board Mr. Sensible is ipublic one time big ramper of YOO who has turned against them with the constant dilution of the shares by the management, and moving of the goal posts for CF+. He is also Bigchops on iii.

john50 - 04 Mar 2006 11:59 - 3386 of 3776

sensible runs hot and cold when the price rises he's bullish when the price drops he's bearish. Like yourself a total nutter, see your back on iii with a new user's name.

tvc15 - 04 Mar 2006 16:58 - 3387 of 3776

Be giving away YOO shares shortly, buy one get ten free lol.

tvc15 - 04 Mar 2006 17:08 - 3388 of 3776

I wonder how many 2p's YOO will be getting tonight on Millionaire? 2p out of a 1 per phone call, not bad for them I suppose. You have got to hand it to them, they know how to get the big money deals lol. 50,000 calls makes them a whole 1,000 a week, but no walkaways which happens quite often, total revenue for that week is nothing. Plus millionaire is not on telly for about 6 months of the year therefore no revenue from that deal for 6 months.

moneyplus - 04 Mar 2006 18:55 - 3389 of 3776

I think when the figures come out you will be a long way out on your estimates if my friend is correct. time will tell! meanwhile I apologise for my rudeness yesterday I usually take it on the chin and don't let derampers get to me. pity you don't press the red button though--with your active finger Yoo would make billions!LOL!
