If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

I have noticed with some quotes that the fundermentals dont balance eg: SPW quotes 22.5p div as 6.83% at share price 506. I get this to be 4% am I missing something here.

What ever happened to the market segment and sector codes that used to be displayed as part of the SETS information. Do you still have them and can they be displayed. While they may look like technical gibberish they determine for instance the percentage that a share can move before it goes into auction.

I know this is silly, but I can't remember how to open the news alert box. I used to get a yellow icon on the bottom right of the screen but it seems to not be there - how do I get this back. I have two news alert watchlists.

I've had to log on twice in the last half hour, should this be required?

qwento,
Jmaes did load these last week, but there was a minor hitch - he has just done it again and they should start to plot in the next 5 minutes or so,

Sorry if it's already been mentioned but I couldn't work out why the masisve fall on DA. had happened without any news as there was no N flag for them on Stockwatch. On clicking the stock their has been a large amount of news but for some reason no Flag is showing.

IanT,
Bit of a repeating problem. charts plotting from y=0, ex's BT.A, OOM, FTO, CTM, AAL, HLCL, to mention a few, is this just me?
(2 machines, different makes, networks, setups, locations, owners??)
Playing merry hell with my analysis, nearly broke even a couple of times!

technet,
Apologies I missed that yesterday - this would be a case of our supplier not marking the news correctly I will contact them to report the problem,
Thanks

Ian,
I've noticed of late that if you click on the "chart" symbol at the left hand side of a portfolio entry it produces a "one year" chart which is missing the current month to date. Just been looking at WMH (for example) and there is quite a gap between the latest price it shows and the actual price trading currently. The chart seems to stop at the end of June!

55011,
I will speak to the techies - we are in the process of changing this so that it actually directs to our new charting package.
