Whats he going to use then Warnings.

He can use quantative easing to encourage growth. He can use credit restrictions to slow inflation. He can demand increased multiples of banking security to slow lending. There are lots of tools he can use to control the various money measures such as M0, M1, M2, M3 and M4. He can even require banks deposit higher amounts with the BoE.

I doubt that he has been using most of those tools yet. The BoE only adjust the money measure factors when needed. They are not keen to micro manage constantly.
