Hi Johnny boy, banned from iii for expressing facts, a few disgruntled investors took umbrage to me posting the truth about this company and complained. Banned from one board on ADFVN by another disgruntled investor called "Malkie" who has bought YOO at 50p downwards and does not like people warning him that he is going to lose all his money. Banned from his "Premium Board" but still post on another board. A few on here have also been warning people for ages, I think one is DIL and treble something. There warnings have come true.

tvc15 - 03 Mar 2006 22:30 - 3381 of 3776

Yoomedia - loss making - cashflow negative (based on info in public domain) - 'merger' business model has failed - management issued two trading warnings last year - may have to issue between 30m and 70 shares to MMTV (based on information in public domain) - shareholders constantly diluted - if cashflow negative is missed this quarter, MAY have to ask the market for fresh funds - certain, key, over hyped aqusiitions in 2004, either closed or scaled down - massive amounts of depreciation and goodwill to hit FY results.

MrSensible - 4 Mar'06 - 09:28 - 10079 of 10080

I read last month that ZIP television, were going into administration. ZIP are a client of YES.

Is this a loss of a consistant revenue stream and will it impact on cashflow positve, Q1?

Is anyone concerned?

Discuss!

Yoo will soon be following them lol.

Kivver - 04 Mar 2006 10:52 - 3384 of 3776

whats all this mr sensible stuff ????

tvc15 - 04 Mar 2006 10:56 - 3385 of 3776

It is on the ADVFN YOO board Mr. Sensible is ipublic one time big ramper of YOO who has turned against them with the constant dilution of the shares by the management, and moving of the goal posts for CF+. He is also Bigchops on iii.

john50 - 04 Mar 2006 11:59 - 3386 of 3776

sensible runs hot and cold when the price rises he's bullish when the price drops he's bearish. Like yourself a total nutter, see your back on iii with a new user's name.

tvc15 - 04 Mar 2006 16:58 - 3387 of 3776

Be giving away YOO shares shortly, buy one get ten free lol.

tvc15 - 04 Mar 2006 17:08 - 3388 of 3776

I wonder how many 2p's YOO will be getting tonight on Millionaire? 2p out of a 1 per phone call, not bad for them I suppose. You have got to hand it to them, they know how to get the big money deals lol. 50,000 calls makes them a whole 1,000 a week, but no walkaways which happens quite often, total revenue for that week is nothing. Plus millionaire is not on telly for about 6 months of the year therefore no revenue from that deal for 6 months.

moneyplus - 04 Mar 2006 18:55 - 3389 of 3776

I think when the figures come out you will be a long way out on your estimates if my friend is correct. time will tell! meanwhile I apologise for my rudeness yesterday I usually take it on the chin and don't let derampers get to me. pity you don't press the red button though--with your active finger Yoo would make billions!LOL!

tvc15 - 05 Mar 2006 13:04 - 3390 of 3776

No walkaways on Millionaire last night. I can see this touching 4p or less this week.

tvc15 - 05 Mar 2006 17:46 - 3391 of 3776

Personally I think this going to bomb down to 3p or less when CF- is announced or they have not acheived it in the first quarter which is highly likely. I should say more than likely verging on a near certainty. Once this is announced the run to get out is on and 1p could be on the cards. They can make as many deals as they like but with hardly any income coming from them, the city wants hard cash facts, not jam tomorrow. So for all the YOOER's out there if there is any left get out now, you have been warned.

tvc15 - 06 Mar 2006 08:58 - 3392 of 3776

News on the way soon, another profit warning lol.

hewittalan6 - 06 Mar 2006 09:07 - 3393 of 3776

tv,
Could you please enlighten us all as to your motivation for these constant posts?
If you have something constructive to say, say it.
If you are short on the stock, fine, but this is an investors BB and shorting, by nature is trading.
If you are here to try and torment/tease/stir up a fight, may I suggest a football fans BB is more likely to achieve the result you desire.
If you simply enjoy talking to yourself, then a health clinic is more apt.
If you are philanthropic enough to be trying to save everyone from losing money, that is laudable, but does not sit easily with a goading finish to your posts such as LOL.
Me? I'm sitting on a loss, here, but my portfolio is up, and that is the way of investing.
It's only money, and if it all disappears, so what, we can all make some more.
Lighten up.

tvc15 - 06 Mar 2006 09:18 - 3394 of 3776

All will be revealed when this hits 3p or under lol.

moneyplus - 06 Mar 2006 12:27 - 3395 of 3776

new broker seymour pierce is preparing an analysis-should be out soon and hopefully will cheer us all up and reward those with faith. I woudn't think SP which is the 3rd largest UK stockbroker would take on a no hoper bad for it's reputation and it would have done it's homework. hurry up SP!!

tvc15 - 06 Mar 2006 12:34 - 3396 of 3776

Brokers note has been out for ages.

moneyplus - 06 Mar 2006 12:36 - 3397 of 3776

tvc15 - 06 Mar 2006 12:53 - 3398 of 3776

Ask some of the punters on YOO board on ADVFN, they will send it to you.

tvc15 - 06 Mar 2006 13:19 - 3399 of 3776

No trades for over a hour, think people would be rushing to buy at these bargain prices lol. Probably waiting for 3p.
