If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

technet,
Apologies I missed that yesterday - this would be a case of our supplier not marking the news correctly I will contact them to report the problem,
Thanks

Ian,
I've noticed of late that if you click on the "chart" symbol at the left hand side of a portfolio entry it produces a "one year" chart which is missing the current month to date. Just been looking at WMH (for example) and there is quite a gap between the latest price it shows and the actual price trading currently. The chart seems to stop at the end of June!

55011,
I will speak to the techies - we are in the process of changing this so that it actually directs to our new charting package.

UKX 12 month chart shows current level at about 5050 and never higher than about 5120! Other time periods are not displaying at except streaming.

A similar thing seems to be happening on some individual 6 month share charts, RTR, RBS, SIA and others. Looks like pretty much a straight line across the top of the chart for todays price, then falling down to 0p on the left hand side of the chart. Most annoying as it makes the chart useless!

FUN no intraday data
Any progress in identifying and fixing all of these stocks without data? There seem to be quite a few of them.
