Thought I'd start a new thread as this is going to be a major talking point this year...have not made up my mind yet...(unlike bucksfizz)....but thinking of voting for an exit as Europe is not doing Britain any good at all it seems....

It doesn't happen overnight.....gradual process.....with agreements with world economies decided and agreed bit by bit.....I don't think this will be like in Canada where agreements have taken up to ten years before being implemented.....this all boils down to DC commiting political suicide by deciding on a referendum....so be it...he's asked us....democracy has decided...and now Britain must get on with job of looking after its people.....watch the rebound in the markets and pound when the world realises that this is not as bad as it fears.....the only thing is that I presume several other countries will now hold their own referendum......and that that could trigger the dismemberment of this dodgy institution that is the present EU....

If at the Labour conference or before someone tables a vote of no confidence....I reckon it will be all change at the top of the labour leadership.....

There's only one organisation to blame for this turmoil, and that's the EU
for having a dictorial, undemocratic, open door immigration, and a failed

After hitting $1.32, the pound is already back above $1.38. I will be buying £s today.

Not to mention economic policies that have resulted in mass unemployment.

Carney got the podium out and steadied the ship with a few words about the BofE's strength and efforts already put in place.

I haven't met up with the neighbours to say, "Well it was YOU lot who said 'Blah blah blah', so that's why I voted for Out!" and to discuss, "What the hell have we all done? Did you get your Euros last night? Etc, etc."
