How do you know the other companies have bailed out. I think there is huge potential in NXT technology in phones and also the sound bag product which is being launched early Summer 2005. Hold on to those shares, they will fly up.

Citizen Electronics acquires majority share in Authentic to increase mobile
phone business
Citizen Electronics, one of the world's leading component suppliers to the
mobile communications industry, has increased its stake in long term NXT
licensee, Authentic Limited, and is now the majority shareholder.
The main impetus behind Citizen's investment is the future development of NXT's
flat panel loudspeaker technology, which it has cited as being the 'next
significant development' in the mobile communications sector. In recent years,
Citizen and Authentic have been jointly developing flat panel loudspeakers for
the mobile phone market, and as a result have already made substantial efforts
to establish sales channels. The latest development will see Citizen investing
in increased R&D with a commitment to grow flat panel loudspeaker technology to
become one of its core products.
Formerly a subsidiary of NEC, Authentic was established in 1993 specifically to
develop, manufacture and produce audio-based products and components. Citizen
was already a partner of NEC's when, in 2001, it proposed close collaboration
between itself and Authentic, which resulted in Citizen acquiring 30% of the
Authentic business. This was followed in 2003 by a further acquisition, taking
Citizen's interest to 36.43%, before the two companies started to jointly
develop components using NXT's DMA technology. Citizen has now acquired further
shares, taking its holding in Authentic to over 50% with the priority focus on
commencing mass production of flat panel loudspeakers for the mobile phone
market. The outstanding shares in Authentic remain under the control of the NEC
group.
Citizen Electronics President, Mr Takashi Masuzawa, said 'As a company, we have
always been very interested in NXT SoundVu technology. In the mobile industry,
the growth of content-rich multimedia services, such as video and music
downloads, has resulted in an increased demand for high quality audio-visual
performance. We believe NXT SoundVu is the solution to these market
requirements and in committing to this technology, we not only hope to increase
our mobile phone business, but also to create a 'new sound' for mobile phone
users.'
Commenting on the announcement, NXT CEO, David Pearson, said 'we welcome Citizen
Electronics' investment in Authentic and the affirmation of Citizen's commitment
to NXT technology. Having restated their intentions to develop solutions
incorporating our technology, and already confirmed that considerable investment
will be made into R&D and developing sales, the news from Citizen is extremely
positive and we look forward to further enhancing our relationship with them.'

Must be a lot of profit takers this am, refelected by the Shareprice drop. I never know when and if to sell these but as the future looks really promising think I'll hold on as these shares have loads of potential and I think within the next year we could see a huge rise in the share price.

There are a mix of profittakers and the MM's trying to pick up some stock. They were heavily hit yesterday and need to find some more ahead of the next rise.
There was always going to be profit taking, but the core holders will not move, and they are the ones with the big holdings.
You will make a lot of money on this over time, if you have the patience and don't need the cash in the meantime.
