I was referring to my new thread on the traders side...own up was it you. If it was you said it wasn't!!!!!

Positive close on the Dow. Friday Dow was down and SEO started down and spent most of the day recovering lost ground; net buying but down on day. Suggests that SEO will start strongly tomorrow with another positive RNS in the vicinity. Interesting post, di, comparing PDX. I agree the PDX potential but cap. has seemed to outpace achievement. Is there any clarity yet about pricing: in particular, have they come round to royalty payments. This I see as the master stroke from SEO, redefining themselves as in the intellectual copyright market. There is probably some of that already in the price but not much, even in the sp projections from Evolution although they reflect it in their forecasts.

Confess to closing a position though today - not even for a Ferrari, just for a Ford Focus LX Estate; 3 year old with 12,000 miles on the clock. I can't cope with anything that accelerates faster and will be quite happy with the Mrs on the beach as well! Its called 'ageing'!

Bosley. Where did you get the 4 to 5 from?

As far as I can see the top price was 10.25p. I quote:

"Howard White was granted options over 975,610 Ordinary 0.1p shares on 3 February
2005 for ten years which are exercisable from 3 February 2008 at an exercise
price of 10.25p. Following this grant Howard White holds options over 975,610
Ordinary 0.1p shares."

Now, you DON'T grant share options way lower than the current share price.

Unless I've misunderstood something here, I'm out.

I truly hope I'm wrong. Please explain.....

stockdog - 25 Apr 2005 22:30 - 3410 of 27111

Don't be daft NielsJensen - the SP WAS 10.25p on Feb 3rd!

Bosley was referring to these options being exercised at 10.25p (february's strike price) in the future when the SP is 4-5 - keep up!

Stockdog, yes, I was daft. Sorry.

However, I still don't understand why an option granted in February at 10.25p should mean the price could rise to 4.

Niels.

NJ: bos was quoting driver not the RNS. lol! Don't need to be that envious if we are still holding our shares bought at 4p to 22p. Oh! perhaps you are doubting that the sp will move to 4. Silly man! Don't you know these things are fore-ordained. Its called destiny. Its called intellectual copyright with exponential growth! The sums are a doddle really! rofl! (andysmith will prove it if you ask him nicely!)

Eric - trust you went for the personalised number plate "SEO 1" - or has Bos already snapped it up ??

Good Luck

morning. looks like the tree shaking has begun in anticipation of the next rns.

overgrowth - 26 Apr 2005 10:09 - 3420 of 27111

bos - I agree - excessive mark downs on minimal volume, though I see a few canny buyers are snapping them up at the bargain prices.

overgrowth - 26 Apr 2005 11:39 - 3421 of 27111

Some intruiging 'B' and 'M' transactions going on - rapidly shifting the bid/offer to 21p/21.75p.

This suggests that some brokers and MMs were getting short of shares and are topping up from their mates in anticipation of the next news.

If buying pressure is strong and some of these guys don't have many shares to sell, the price will rocket!

EWRobson - 26 Apr 2005 12:09 - 3422 of 27111

Very interesting, og. Many brokers double as MarketMakers - is there any clear distinction in the code? Evolution, for instance, are MMs in SEO but will they necessarily be shown as M if trading? Doesn't it also tend to distort the figures used for such things as momentum: a B or M sale must also have a buyer so there must be a case for leaving them out of the various analyses. The other thing I noticed from looking at the transactions was evidence of short selling early in the day with buyers coming in at aound 9 a.m. as the institutions arrived for work! If thats the case, then these efforts aren't working and are likely to peter out. I tend to agree that the next RNS is likely to lead to a break-out north, even if it is "just" confirmation of the completion of the ASDA supplier trial and initial order, initiating the 1 year exclusivity deal.
