Please report bugs and enhancements (BUGS)

andy.lovell - 04 Nov 2002 11:26

If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!

Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Maggot,

I have just been able to access no problem at all - can you close down terminal and try again - would seem like you are struggling to download the applet

kernow - 28 Jul 2005 08:27 - 3420 of 7315

Same as yesterday when you/James were working on a fix. 1 year is wrong, 6, 3 month - placeholder only.

IanT(MoneyAM) - 28 Jul 2005 10:12 - 3425 of 7315

Kernow,

I have just looked at these three graphs and can see them fine - can you send me a screen shot of what you are seeing please? ian@moneyam.com

Couple of points on the charts in the Traders Thread header.

The 2nd, 3rd and 4th charts in each row have an apparent option of '11 Day' instead of '1 Day'.

Sometimes the 1 Day charts fill the whole of the x-axis, so that for example, at 12 noon the charts display 08 on the left, and 12 on the right, but at other times, the x-axis starts at 8 and ends at 430. Below is an example of what I mean, using the UKX chart. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason why one chart or the other displays, and they change seemingly at will each time the thread is accessed, or different day options selected.

As ever, a picture will explain it more clearly. Here's the UKX chart in both modes taken a few minutes ago.

Piptrader,

Thanks for the feedback I will get the guys to take a look,

Ian

Maggot - 28 Jul 2005 14:24 - 3428 of 7315

Just got back. Streaming charts OK now I have closed and re-opened terminals, Ian. Thanks.

If anyone is around from MoneyAm, I've posted a usual chart on the Index
thread, and and it's gone all screw-whiffy for some reason.

I've tried to edit it out, but the box that allows you to post the
edited message won't come up and stuff is all over the place..
So I can't alter it.

Over to you, sir.

Edit.

Cancel that. Managed to get the post edited message box up in the
end by doing some Contol-Reset's.

Small spike on new OOM chart, would prefer you to make the price rather than fix the spike please!
