Stan , NO it looks like no one would come on it , no one likes proper world class gladiator sports . I'm so lonely .

Apparently Suarez would prefer to sign for Munchen Gladbach.

Very interesting inquest on R4 now!

A Norway gambling website posted a silly prop bet before the World Cup, and 167 people have cashed in.

The prop bet: 175-to-1 odds that Luis Suarez would bite someone during the tournament.

I bet that was snapped up!

dreamcatcher - 25 Jun 2014 16:29 - 3438 of 6918

You are apparently statistically more likely to be bitten by Suarez than you are by a shark (even if you dont play soccer!)

jimmy b - 26 Jun 2014 09:12 - 3441 of 6918

What happens to the odds if you regularly go swimming off the coast of Cape Town ?

Thats where Suarez may go for his holidays so the sharks will also be ducking and "diving"

Greystone - 26 Jun 2014 11:58 - 3444 of 6918

Interesting take in the sports press here...

If England, Italy and Spain have the best leagues in Europe, why the hell have they
all been knocked out of the World Cup in opening phase?

MaxK - 26 Jun 2014 12:03 - 3445 of 6918

Could it be that their clubs are chocker full of foreign players like ours?

Greystone - 26 Jun 2014 12:28 - 3446 of 6918

Correcto! :)

Or teams caught between the old guard and change.
