Also talk of administrative football activites meaning no transfer. Can't train with Liverpool, so - even with personal trainer - say ready by mid-November? Could a Uruguay appeal push it back?
Edit - apparently FIFA say transfer is okay.
Cheers,

Here is a selection of e-mailed comments from the link above:
15.50 Here is a selection of your emails ...
E-mail "I think Suarez can count himself a very lucky fella," says Mike Hodgkiss. "They could, and perhaps should have thrown the book at him. Of course there will be outrage from the Uruguay camp, but that’s just nuts, there’s no defence for what he did. His only hope would be procedural irregularities!"
E-mail "Quite inadequate," writes Arni. "It's his third identical offence, and at a World Cup to make it even worse. He should be given the maximum ban, preferably the two year version."
E-mail "Beyond Liverpool FC's control, the fans and club should not be punished," writes John Charnock. "LFC should sell ASAP, this severely hampers their selling negotiations."
E-mail "Punishment well deserved," says Pam Thompson. "Not too harsh. Hard on Liverpool but he should have thought of that before he sank his teeth into his unfortunate victim's shoulder. Punishment means that standards are being kept. Hope he learns his lesson this time. Pity he wasn't fined more; he could afford it."
E-mail "Would have preferred that there was some punishment meted out to the Uruguayan FA and national team too," writes John Wilkinson. "To a man, they all denied Suarez had bitten Chiellini. One player even trying to pull Chiellini´s shirt back up when he had pulled it down to show the ref. Add to that all the denials and accusations coming from the Uruguayan camp these past two days, have shown that they don´t care much for the fair play mentality. Unacceptable behaviour and should have been punished too."
E-mail"Nine matches is probably roughly what he would have received for a first offence in Rugby but for a third offence," says Peter Byng. "I cannot imagine it would be less than a whole season. Had this happened in hockey, even for a first offence I would expect a ban for at least a year while for any subsequent one, I suspect it would be a sine die ban. Indeed, I believe that a sine die ban would be appropriate in this case. A total ban until he can persuade the disciplinary authorities that he has received appropriate treatment and his therapists can assert that he is "cured" of this cannibalistic tendency."
E-mail "Rio Ferdinand got an eight month ban for missing a drugs test!" says Paul Mitchell. " Suarez' ban is far, far too lenient. Two years would have been about right."
