MELDEX. Double your money- quicktime. (MDX)

kitosdad - 12 Dec 2007 16:20

The engines have fired up at last for MDX. ( BPRG ) At long last they are being recognised for the force they will become over the next two years. On the cusp of disclosing huge revenue-earning deals with Global pharmacists. These have been hinted at as being unrolled before the years end, but may be in the next days. You still have time to get in at a bargain-basement price before the SP takes off for real shortly.

No its still stuck on 15.04 for MDX tabby and yes foolishly , a stupid trade in hindsight I bought RBS. Would only let me buy online in chunks of 2.5K and when I came to sell the limit was 1K. Telephone service has been non existent last few weeks so did it online.

Like you say ... I must have been born lucky.

Also had two profitable longs in BT.A last week.

Dil - 14 Oct 2008 17:09 - 3466 of 8631

Meldex International to distribute Rocgel in North Africa, Vietnam
AFX

LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Meldex International Plc. said it has agreed to distribute Rocgel, an antacid for the treatment of oesophageal, gastric and duodenal conditions, into several North African countries and Vietnam.

In a statement, the specialty pharmaceutical and over the counter (OTC) company said it will receive 0.6 million euros from the agreement.

The company said it is in advanced stages of dialogue with multiple providers of working capital.

Just waiting for the seller to start selling into this rise

littlebert2 - 15 Oct 2008 11:52 - 3472 of 8631

"Seller" implies they own something and are willing to sell ........ I'm convinced that has not been the real case with MDX 'sells' for quite some time, now ......

Dil - 15 Oct 2008 11:54 - 3473 of 8631

Lol , N Africa and Vietnam ... that gotta be worth at least an extra tenner in sales.

tabasco - 15 Oct 2008 12:20 - 3474 of 8631

Good afternoon allthanks for posting the newshad to complete some work for a friendWe now have a communication policy and very welcome revenuewhich makes you wonder how many other territories around the world this easy money can be made?As owners selling our product to a distributoreasy peasyDil what % of the world do you think N Africa and Vietnam representtake that away from whats left and your statement looks its usual classic. Also being in "advanced" stages with multiple providers of capitaltells you what was said in Barrys note was true!

Dil - 15 Oct 2008 12:30 - 3475 of 8631

More relevant tabby is what do N Africa and Vietnam currently spend on the treatment of oesophageal, gastric and duodenal conditions ????

As I said ... gotta be worth at least an extra tenner in sales.

tabasco - 15 Oct 2008 12:44 - 3476 of 8631

Irrelevant Dilthey are going to receive .6ml Euros from places that represent 3% of the world.and that is not priced into the Finns notes that valued the shares at mid fiftiesWhen the capital funding is cleared.I would have thought the SP will rise to reflect that view!

littlebert2 - 15 Oct 2008 12:50 - 3477 of 8631

Better had - I've promised meself some new toys for Chrimbo ..... no, not that kind, you smutty g!ts ......

Dil - 15 Oct 2008 13:29 - 3479 of 8631

Look tabby if they now have to announce every 0.6m Eur deal they sign then it smacks of desperation when they claim to have 20m+ of sales in first half.

hilary - 15 Oct 2008 13:36 - 3480 of 8631

You're preaching to the unconvertable, Dilbert. ChilliBoy wears rose tinted specs, don't you know.

ptholden - 15 Oct 2008 13:40 - 3481 of 8631

Tend to agree with Dil re the recent RNS. It won't add much to the bottom line and nore does it state over what period the income will be received, one year, two?

On a more positive note the fundraising appears to be getting closer. If they can raise the funds via some sort of loan/revolving credit agreement, I would imagine such a deal will boost the SP, just has to be better than dilution. But having said that can they borrow enough to make a difference and a what cost? With the bank LIBOR rate at 5.5% (approx) a loan isn't going to come cheap. I would hazard a guess at bewteen 7.5-10% pa. A 10M loan would knock nearly 1M off the profit line. Will be intersting to see how MDX spend the money - some of it is needed for cash flow.

Big Al - 15 Oct 2008 13:50 - 3482 of 8631

pth

Exactly. I posted the thing earlier to see what would crop up in terms of posts. The sales areas are limited IMO, but the financing is important and at what cost. Whenever a company goes out looking for "working capital", it has never been a good sign. When they do it in this market they're more than likely going to get a bum deal.

Let's watch for more developments, eh? ;-)))

tabasco - 15 Oct 2008 14:07 - 3483 of 8631

Well I guess the whole groovy gang are onyou all have your viewsI have minethe SP will show who is right.either the gang or myself will have egg on your faces!

Dil - 15 Oct 2008 14:09 - 3484 of 8631

It's already showing that.
