good afternoon gents. i think this is quite wonderful. the judge has gone from being very anti seo , to reserving judgement.far from being done and dusted this could now very much swing our way. if it is proven that the info was in the public domain , then bprg cant claim the patent. neither can seo. have i read it wrong? does this only affect the claim against breach of confidentiality? oh dear , its all gone confusing again........

i agree totally that (TODAY) SEO could be a big winner for shareholders, but what if the packaging climate changes?
everyone and their mother is banging on about environmental issues these days.....am i the only one who thinks packaging is waaaaaaaaaaay overdone these days? a pound of mince comes in a vast polystyrene container for instance. i would personally prefer to buy in vacuum packed bags. ( forgive my ignorance as still on the sidelines with this one, but does SEO do that as well)?

Bosley, u were right! Who'd have thought after our conversation tuesday the news would come out over the court case as it did. Not that that bothered you either way. If you think about the amount of items packaged everyday especially at Asda for example , who make a lot of their own bread etc on premises, the potential is endless! Will there ever be a downturn in packaging? - I can't see it, we don't buy things that are not securely wrapped and sealed anymore! It keeps things fresher and shows they haven't been tampered with! The other benefit with SEO is they've just patented a new bio-degradable film for this process and as superrod says everyone is going on about that these days! 1.00 by next december perhaps?

quite happy and content that the price SEEMS to be stable at this level.i have a feeling that seo may have played a trump card last week in getting the judge to reconsider or hold off final judgement in the breach of contract part of seo's dispute with bprg.if the judge agrees that the information was indeed public knowledge for the last forty years it could change everything.things looking good at the moment.i have no idea who the mystery company is that seo is in talks with , and no idea when an announcement will be made.if anyone knows , speak up!one more bit of good news could push seo through to new highs and through resistance at7p.would be nice.......

Price is going down and large volume, something seems to be up wonder if they have heard about the court case results... Can't think what else might be driving price down...

strange as when the 41m were sold the price didn't move and the share sale wasn't delayed at all (usually delayed for 1 hour)

Why do you think that? The company hasn't changed over night, possible court case goes against us which I also believe will happen but tray lidding leads the way...

From the other place. Something is going on. Why would ADVFN remove old postings?
Most intruiging, mots. Anyone got a good enough memory (ie. one not ravaged by years of drink- and drug-abuse!) to recall what the hell was being posted/discussed on the 1st that would merit removal by ADVFN?! LOL!

ANYONE who dumps 41million shares at whatever price should act as a warning imo.the share didnt go into freefall on the sale so i am keeping my options open at present.
