Thanks-I can hardly believe it myself. I'm determined not to sell too early this time as I moved out of a lot of good shares last year far too early. Have invested in an apartment off plan by Fistral beach Newquay-so need to do really well over the next 9 months otherwise large mortgage!! No surfer myself now-but plan to watch the fun! Yoo is the one to solve my problem-when it reaches 1 we'll have a party!
