Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

RNS out for NG. at 4.38pm today but no "N" on Stockwatch to Indicate this.

Recent Company News on the Quote Page.

I think I mentioned this before, but there is something not quite right here.

The ukreg for new admissions does not appear on the day of admission - take a look at SYG PPL and a new admission today APS for example.

If you go to more Company News then the admission item is listed.

However, when you get a subsequent item of news - hey presto - the first item also appears - look at UOX for example.

When a share is consolidated the portfolio calculations all go bananas. Historic data should be stored as absolute values and not calculated each time. Trust me; I'm a programmer. :)

whats happenend to the site search? its seems to have reverted to a very limited and almost useless shadow of its former not very good self ?

Site search? There was never a way of searching the entire site...

Are you talking about the bulletinboard? If so, what's wrong with it?

J, yes BB search, it now seems to be limited to Title Keywords, started by and contributed by. It used to have much more.

Spaceman, it was "enhanced" at the same time as the new version of the bulletin board :-)

the buttons to the left of the ticker in my watch list no longer work when i press them, also when a N appears for news that no longer works, i recently installed a java update and was wondering if this may be the problem.

drunker50 - the java should not cause this problem, it is more than likely that a pop up blocker either in your firewall or on your browser is causing this. It may have been activated by an automatic update,
