Promised yield and Eps good, Pre-tax profit up, turnover is down. Divs reasonably reliable.

Seems likely recovery.

I hold some and thinking of adding a few more.

I've got AV. too 4.94 ,4.45 ,4.41 including commission and stamp duty.
