MELDEX. Double your money- quicktime. (MDX)

kitosdad - 12 Dec 2007 16:20

The engines have fired up at last for MDX. ( BPRG ) At long last they are being recognised for the force they will become over the next two years. On the cusp of disclosing huge revenue-earning deals with Global pharmacists. These have been hinted at as being unrolled before the years end, but may be in the next days. You still have time to get in at a bargain-basement price before the SP takes off for real shortly.

Whilst I'm thinking too much ..... I've dug out a new (old) business plan ....

Once upon a time in a village, a man appeared and announced to the villagers that he would buy monkeys for 10 each. The villagers, seeing that there were many monkeys around, went out to the forest, and started catching them.

The man bought hundreds at 10 and as supply started to diminish, the villagers stopped their effort. He then announced that he would now buy at 20. This renewed the efforts of the villagers and they started catching monkeys again.

Soon the supply diminished even further and people started going back to their farms. The offer increased to 25 each and the supply of monkeys became so little that it was an effort to even see a monkey, let alone catch it!

The man now announced that he would buy monkeys at 50. However, since he had to go to the city on some business, his assistant would now buy on behalf of him.

In the absence of the man, the assistant told the villagers, "Look at all these monkeys in the big cage that the man has collected. I will sell them to you at 35 and when the man returns from the city, you can sell them to him for 50 each."

The villagers hurried round with their savings and bought all the monkeys.

They never saw the man nor his assistant again, only bloody monkeys everywhere!

Now you have a better understanding of how the stock market works!

Except in this case the monkeys are being sold sh*te.

hilary - 16 Oct 2008 10:20 - 3534 of 8631

So are you suggesting that the Government make it illegal to catch and sell monkeys? I would've thought it already is.

Do yourself a favour and watch the documentary.please! www.zeitgeistmovie.com

littlebert2 - 16 Oct 2008 10:39 - 3536 of 8631

Sorry Tab, No, I wont watch it - I'm having a tangential day .... might watch it tomorrow though :-)

Suns trying to come out so today has just become a 'ride my bike' day ..... catch you all tomorrow .... if you must do something, do something that doesn't hurt someone else !

Oh you mean like bank shares bert .... they haven't fared very well since shorting was banned now have they ?

You all overestimate the shorting effect on MDX imo , its going down cos there are no buyers easy as that.

It is impossible for humans to act ethical and truly in a decent waybecause of greed! We live in a monetary system!.the two dont work!

hilary - 16 Oct 2008 11:17 - 3539 of 8631

You'll find that the amount of net short interest in most markets really is negligible and certainly not enough to drive the price down. As Dilbert says, the price of stock generally falls as a result of general selling and a lack of buyers.

I think you guys have had your minds poisoned by numpty politicians who don't have a clue about how markets work and are simply looking for somebody to take the blame.

Boobly,

The accounts will be prepared on a small business basis (which it is) and therefore assets will be shown as tangible and non-tangible with no specific breakout.

ATEK's position remains unchanged since the last TR-1. I can't think of any way to be clearer than that. Of course the shares are held in nominee accounts. As are the overwhelming number of shares in issue held by all shareholders.
