stg seen a decent move back from critcal 70/75 level feel ahead of NFP going to be this 75/25 range....

wil prob square up ahead of NFP,call is plus 225..ive just got a gut its going to come in under....

tom mega..exp 225ish but that means bugger all cud come in anywhere....
but these curr @ i feel crossroads eur rejected 3268 ..tested 3164 today the otherday stg tested the 9070 level today.......
tom will be intresting prob normal big fig move after figs then get a better feel 15 mins after figs......

hils...serious question...what charting package do u use e-signal..and does it genrate fib level`s ..or do u have to input high low etc...

I use the free stuff on the net .... FXtrek Intellichart (favourite) and NetDania (which Tellon suggested one day when FXtrek were down). I then input data manually into my own spreadsheet. I'm not a scalper and am hopeless at it. I have 2 strategies, one involves staying in a trade for at least a few hours and the other for several days or weeks and pyramiding the position.

hilary,yep iam trying to wean myself off off scalping..done 26 round fx trades today but basically i want to try to be more of a position trader..but old habits hard to break.....
the few hour senerio is one iam trying to get back into...

just spoken to a mate of mine @ rbs,theres rumours and it is only that of a blow out NFP 350/400k.....
may be worth setting a few stop entry toshort dlr if thats true...

Not done much this week. What times the NFP today

1.30 jm cosensus 225 but now rumours of 300/400k....... who bloody knows.but thgts are to get usd really moving will have to be 300k +
so will get knee jerk after figs and then trend reversal....plenty of movement to get it round me tits...lol

The USD failure to break higher suggests to me that the momentum players are holding off from adding to their positions till after the numbers. I get the feeling that 225 is already in the price and the numbers might need to significantly beat the street to push the Dollar higher. We'll see.

I took the dog to the vets as BT suggested. He's got a degenerative disease affecting nerves/spinal chord and will now be on steroids for the rest of his days.

hilary , agree think if we see say 275/300 will initally see usd buying but cud reverse by day end..as always its not the movement on the figs but how the market reacts 15mins after...
