Tman rose 20% today, which gives an impression that news is close? The appeal
concerning extension to the NGPT field was heard on the 21st,so perhaps the
results of the judgement have leaked out? Just speculation, but something has caused this to rise. If theirs positive news then imo this will rocket, the SP is well
undervalued at just 60 cents a barrel of P2 reserves.
57m for 191m P2 reserves of which 53m are P1, now that is what i call undervalued. The rise might also be caused by a drilling update as no news has
been forth coming since last August, only time will tell?

I'm hoping this will give the SP a boost?

A positive RNS it seems begs the question why bother if not worth bothering?
Still keeping on my watch list, but a good price for the patient imo?

Sorry to bug you again, Cyril, but any chance of putting a chart in the header please?

HARRYCAT - 13 Mar 2008 13:54 - 42 of 86

Thanks cyril.
What a nightmare chart! Wish I hadn't asked now!!! ;o)

niceonecyril - 13 Mar 2008 14:54 - 43 of 86

Harry i firmly believe that this is good thing and for those who have plenty of patience, will prove a shrewd investment. At this minute i'm fully committed with
such stock, but if the opportunity arises i will buy back.

LONDON (Thomson Financial) - "Timan Oil & Gas Plc. said it has secured a 398,000 pounds loan to satisfy short-term creditor payments, adding it continues to actively seek short- and medium-term funding solutions to enable it to continue to trade and develop its assets further.

'In addition the board is reviewing strategic options for the company which may involve a corporate transaction,' it said.

The loan was secured from Alexander Kapalin and Boris Royter, a significant shareholder in Timan and co-founder of the company with Kapalin.

Timan said that it is seeking loan and equity finance as it has not been possible to secure any bond financing in the international capital markets.

It added that, as far as it is aware, its Russian subsidiaries are currently compliant with their licence obligations but further exploration and development activities are dependent upon the resolution of Timan's financial position.

Timan's shares remain suspended on AIM."

The company said it has already drawn down the first $5 million of the loan facility, which will be used to pay existing creditors and for short term working capital purposes.

Timan said it expects to drawdown the remainder of the first tranche of $50 million over the next 12 months, for the further development of the NGPT and KNG licences and ongoing administration costs."
