Intec Telecoms - about to mount assault on the quid? (ITL)

CAT - 09 Jan 2004 09:15

just added to ITL - had to go around all the MMs to hunt for cheap stock. It seemed there was a real stock shortage all of a sudden. Managed to get 0.5p inside with Kleinwort on the last call but he only let me have 25k.
Worth watching - think they have widened the spread to put people off.
Chart looks appealing too with indicators now turning positive, seems ready for a big move.
These boys are winning contracts ding dong andf the Mican forced disposal 2m ago took the steam out of the rise.
That stock seems to have worked its way out of the system so the stock is likely to move ahead now.

No rebound yet...perhaps it has not reached the bottom...nobody should sell at these prices.

Balerboy - 31 Mar 2010 09:47 - 37 of 55

maybe no one should buy either....

required field - 31 Mar 2010 09:53 - 38 of 55

Perhaps...it's a risk but 60p for ITL....crazy...it's worth a lot more....I reckon it might take a few days..a week...but a rebound to 75p...to me looks about right...

cynic - 31 Mar 2010 10:01 - 39 of 55

buying doesn't look a great idea to me ...... i would not be at all surprised to see further profit warnings in due course

=======

British billing firm Intec Telecom Systems said order delays and pricing pressures would push first-half revenue 10-15 percent below forecasts and hurt profits.
The provider of business-support software to companies such as AT&T Inc , Deutsche Telekom and Vodafone said operators in Europe, Middle East and Africa were shelving projects, resulting in a 5 percent drop in new orders in the first-half.

The shortfall in the six months to end-March would have a direct impact on profit, it said, and if the trend continued full-year revenue could be similarly impacted.

Analysts had expected Intec to report full-year revenue of 173.2 million pounds ($260.4 million), slightly up on the 167.9 million pounds reported for the year to end-September 2009, according to a Thomson Reuters I/B/E/S poll of five brokers.
Pretax profit was seen at 30.4 million pounds, up from 26.3 million pounds in 2009.

It's not company itself...which is great in all sense...but the sp is far too low...should come back...bought too early...but I cannot watch all day long ; had to make a decision there and then.

required field - 01 Apr 2010 10:09 - 46 of 55

Dead cat bounce....but one to watch in a few months time....when things get better.

required field - 01 Apr 2010 15:10 - 47 of 55

Took my profit too early...I was right about a rebound due.

cynic - 01 Apr 2010 15:52 - 48 of 55

no you didn't ..... you took a profit and could easily have lost your shirt

required field - 01 Apr 2010 23:18 - 49 of 55

Another stock to have a gander at Intech Telecolm Systems ITL.

Got to get through resistance first as shown on chart and then we could have lift off as we hit the GAP formed in April.

Had a very good day friday and looks like we have some strong momentum chasing.

Brokers like the stock and little wonder a EPS increase of 22.5% and a lowly P/E of just 13.2 forecast for 2011..... way undervalued IMO.

Even the forecast NAV is bhigher than the present market SP.
