If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Madison,
we are in the process of restarting these and they should resume when this is completed.

Should the charts be fixed. i am getting 'no data' on some of mine, but in a very random fashion! Seems that when they refresh they go off and then on again - very odd! Any suggestions?

HelenW,
Can you give me some epic codes that this is happening on and I will see if I can reproduce this?

Ian/James,
This has probably been noticed before but on the single quote page
on the company's header the spread ie (%SPR) box Is missing.
It's the only difference from the main stockwatch page.
Is It a mistake or Is It something that could not be added for some reason?

Stan,
There are a number of additional columns that can be added to stockwatch, which do not appear on the quote page. It is formatted to 'fit at the moment, and we have added what we thought were the most important columns for a snapshot.

Hi Ian,
Some of my pages on this site only are coming up with a warning of stack overflow line:66
Is this a problem with the site or is it my knackered old pc thats had it????
It is not happening on any other site.

OK Ian thank you.
I don't know what other people think but
If at some point In the future the %SPR could be added If It doesn't cause to much
agro, as It's one of the prime Indicators for trading In my book as an entry point ( after the price of course).

Hi IanT,
Several times this morning when I go to refresh pages (normal Traders or Investors Thread) I get a delay followed by "the connection to moneyam was refused" .If I then refresh again it normally goes straight through.
Is this my end or yours........(xp pro on cable broadband using Mozilla Firefox)
Graeme.
