Please report bugs and enhancements (BUGS)

andy.lovell - 04 Nov 2002 11:26

If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!

Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Alan,

Thanks for that - we have not had any other reports of this and I have not been able to reproduce this, but I will pass this onto JT to see if he can shed any light onto it,

On the Quote screen, UKXSP and MCXSP give index out of bounds error on the left hand chart and Not found on the right hand chart. Streaming seems to plot points though incorrect. I appreciate the data might not be there at the moment but could you set it up so that it will work on Friday, ta :-)

Photo,

Can you tell me what stock you are looking at. Can you refresh the screen (press go again) to see if it now shows.

If you have the screen open overnight, you will need refresh it again in the morning.

Ian

Ian
The uncrossing price does show up if you refresh your screen but it used to without. I do not keep screens open overnight, open up new in morning between 7.00-7.30.

Thanks

qwento - 15 Sep 2005 09:35 - 3657 of 7315

IanT - I think this is related to the problem I have been discussing with Jonathan.

The feed is now zeroising the uncrossing price on all stocks at the close of the auction.

IanT(MoneyAM) - 15 Sep 2005 09:36 - 3658 of 7315

Qwento,

I have passed Photo's comments onto JT

qwento - 16 Sep 2005 18:05 - 3659 of 7315

In case you haven't detected them :

Other New Admissions this week : SMY STCM

Change of Epic : MIG (was MEV)

GRAEME.ALEXANDER - 16 Sep 2005 19:35 - 3660 of 7315

Did money am ever reach a conclusion to the question about "PORTFOLIO" either reflecting the offer price or having a choice of bid , offer or mid. There is a substantial difference when trading small caps with wide spreads. The bid price creates a totally false image as to the value of any holdings.
