THE TALK TO YOURSELF THREAD. (NOWT)

goldfinger - 09 Jun 2005 12:25

Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).

Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.

cheers GF.

I think that Cameron is doing as much as he can with the floods.....flooding is going to be the trend for the next hundred years with it getting worse year by year or has nobody understood that global warming is here to stay !...thanks Goldfinger for that article on how good Brown is and how good Labour is for the country....I nearly fell asleep reading it...might be good for insomnia ....(beats 10 minutes of Andrew Marr)....

Haystack - 12 Feb 2014 20:47 - 36528 of 81564

Why should it concern their customers? They should be concerned with service and cost as value for money. When dealing with other businesses people do not take any interest in pay scales in them.

Shareholders get a say at AGMs and via renumeration committees

RF here...............

Finally! Exposed! The Deficit Myth! So, David Cameron When Are You Going to Apologise?
Posted: 24/10/2012 07:33

"A lie gets halfway around the world before the truth has a chance to get its pants on"
- Winston Churchill

As a Conservative I have no pleasure in exposing David Cameron's deficit claims. However, as long as the party continues to talk down the economy via the blame game, confidence will not be given an opportunity to return. For it is an undeniable and inescapable economic fact: without confidence and certainty there can be no real growth.

They want to make banks more competitive. The average person never changes their account.

Goldfinger : you get a good government if you get a good opposition !....not sure if we have either....though to me DC has done well with this terrible flooding all over the UK...

what its taken him 6 weeks to recognise its actually happening.

It took him 4 days aswel to realise London was burning to the ground when the riots were on.

Haystack - 12 Feb 2014 21:05 - 36538 of 81564

The problem with London was crap policing.

goldfinger - 12 Feb 2014 21:05 - 36539 of 81564

Whos the mayor of London!!!!!!!

required field - 12 Feb 2014 21:06 - 36540 of 81564

What I like is : Labour have caused all sorts of terrible problems and then the right wing governments have to put it right(no pun)...and the lefties blame the rightists for cuts and such (sounds like a new form of Saachi and such)(yes it is a pun)....the problem is that our leaders are borrowing far too much !...

required field - 12 Feb 2014 21:13 - 36541 of 81564

Oil is rising again I noticed.....I bet the price goes up at the pumps quicker than it goes down.....why the hell can't we have WHERE THE PETROL,DIESEL, ORIGIN IS FROM ON THE PUMPS>>>every product/food you can buy in the country has the origin on the packet/wrapper but not oil/gas...WHY ???

Fred1new - 12 Feb 2014 21:31 - 36542 of 81564
