If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Jules,
Spoken to JT and this should not be happening he will take a look into it, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. In the meantime, could you E mail me with your IP address, as this will help him try to find the problem?
I will E mail you instructions on how to get hold of this just in case you don't know,
Ian

HelenW,
What chart parameters are you looking at and what stock? I have just pulled up an intraday chart and it looks fine, and the streaming chart appears to be working fine as well - could you possibly try a restart on the machine to see if this clears the problem?

Ian,
Is it totally neccessary to have 3 pop ups on the front page?
How is this going to look to potential punters? I have been sending people here from my site, and I do not want them to think I am just setting them up to be bombarded by ads.
(And before anyone says it, you can not disable pop ups on Moneyam as then the buttons on stock watch do not work.)
Could we either see less pop ups or allow stockwatch to work while pop ups are banned? Please.

ADAM,
We realise there is a need to balance the needs of our users against the needs of our advertisers. This is why we do not have pop up adverts on some of the more essential parts of the site such as Stockwatch or Level 2, and on the whole we try to keep them solely to the front page.
As I am sure you will understand advertisement is an important part of our revenue, without which we would have to pass on additional costs to our users for our products.
I appreciate your comments,
Ian

Dynamite,
JT just looked through the logs and can find no problem - He is monitoring this, but we have not been able to replicate this behavior at this end.
In the meantime, could you please try a restart on your machine to see if this cures the problem?

Thanks for the quick response Ian,
Suppose I will have to bookmark the stockwatch page to bypass and send people straight to the registration page.
Actually you make a very good point with Stockwatch. I actually asked ADVFN to maybe lose some of the ads on their portfolio page, as you needed to scroll down about 6 inches before you get to the information, so on the whole I see your method as the less of two evils! (only joking!) Better to get the ads out of the way.
Stand corrected.
Regards
Adam
