The engines have fired up at last for MDX. ( BPRG ) At long last they are being recognised for the force they will become over the next two years. On the cusp of disclosing huge revenue-earning deals with Global pharmacists. These have been hinted at as being unrolled before the years end, but may be in the next days. You still have time to get in at a bargain-basement price before the SP takes off for real shortly.

What a shambles this company is, the whole purpose of this RNS is to clear up the confusion of disclosable interest. Beggars belief.

BJM reaction just posted:-
B J Muncaster
So it seems as though our ex-CEO was a party to the disposal of Melmed shares in Nov '07 and the Tonipharm debacle in Dec '07, yet had the temerity to issue an RNS in December saying the Company is unaware of any reason for the decine in the SP.
I'm sure others can speak for themselves, but it's clear to me that I was taken by the hand and pulled up the garden path with all the BS about Melmed's stock being loaned out to shorters.

Which just goes to show that BJM, the so-called MDX expert on AVDFN has no more idea what is going on within the company than anyone else; why people listen to a bitter ex employee is beyond me.

If RT allowed the lock in shares to be sold without the issue of RNScould this be dealt with as a criminal offence?personally as an investor I am not happy with his actionsI am beginning to believe RT run the show mafia style single handedgood news he was caught!!.could this also have been a good way of getting rid of the guy by the rest of the BOD at minimum costs? any views Burt!
My little jewel of the nile .just normal spliffs!!!

BM is about as useful as a choclate teapot , ffs he started the decline and now blames all and sundry except himself. Why don't he make a bid or shut the fcuk up.
10,000,000 shares locked in until December 2008 then they can flog em ..... timberrrrrr.

tabasco,
This is nothing short of a disgrace IMO, and someone should contact the AIM regulators to check whether regulations have been breached or not, IMO.
If you cannot rely on RNS' for accurate company information, it questions the integrity of the market.
The last company that i can remember issuing innacurate director shareholdings was NML.

Regrettably I agree Andythere has been large SP drops and RT has openly stated...he cannot explainor does not know the 4ml reasonsDilI was convinced atek were churning sharesand bjm was directly responsible for the price declineit all looked so obvious.but I have spent a lot of time going over almost all of his postsasked question that have all been answereddont forget the company was his babyI feel sure he is being honest with the PIsyou will take an opposite viewbecause you always doI also believe the funding news will be out very soon probably tomorrow.not so good news followed by very good newsis how it normally works!

If anyone thinks that this may be in breach of market regulations, the address for reporting it is;
aiminvestigations@londonstockexchange.com
If a few people email it I would think it may attract a more thorough check....

Come on Dilbe reasonablethe point in question is that BJM is now acting to help shareholders achieve maximum valuehe has made mistakesand maybe took the company as far as he couldbut let us just deal with the point in question.atek hold 16ml @ 65p he is going to want a low SP like a hole in the headall his actions have suggested he is behind the current BOD.and most of the blame is down to RTa view I did not share earlier this yearI have learnt enough to revise my view.
