midknight - 28 Nov 2003 12:33 - 384 of 447

Owl, if you are 'retiring' from this activity at the end of the year
and have not yet found someone to succeed you, I would like to propose Little Woman as your successor, if she is willing to accept the job. I am sure
she would do a superb job, just as you have done this year.
Anyhow, enjoy your 'retirement'!

little woman - 28 Nov 2003 12:54 - 385 of 447

Thanks midknight - I see you didn't put yourself forward!

I must admit I have considered it, but there are going to be quite a few times next year (a few days at a time) that I will not be able to do it - and there is a posibility I may have to go away for a few months (but this has been hanging over me for almost a year now, and as time goes by is getting more likely..... )

I agree owl, you have done an excellent job and wish you could take it on for another year????????

midknight - 28 Nov 2003 14:34 - 386 of 447

LW: I haven't put my name forward because I am away for several months every year.

geoffcow - 28 Nov 2003 16:56 - 387 of 447

GEOFFCOW 4595 END DECEMBER

midknight - 28 Nov 2003 16:59 - 388 of 447

By my reckoning Iain wins again.

For December: 4507 please.
