Statement re press speculation


ukbetting plc ('ukbetting' or the 'Company') has noted recent press speculation
regarding the possibility of an offer being made for the Company.

The board of ukbetting can confirm that it has received preliminary approaches
expressing interest in formulating an offer for the Company.

There can be no certainty that any formal approach to the Company and,
consequently, any offer will be forthcoming.

Saw in Mail on sunday that a possible scenario is Ladbrokes bidding for 888.

Someone is confident - 100,000 buy just went through.

Surprised they couldn't get a better price than 62.20p!

Has anyone heard any more about the possible takeover of UKB?
I am a bit surprised that there hasn't been more activity on this stock, just through rumours.

The EPIC for this company is now 365 (name change), so plesae can the powers that be make the necessary changes
